Should 0bama be up on charges of Treason for his refusal to act in defense of the Embassy in Benghazi?

If he did know and if he did refuse to act in defense of the Embassy in Benghazi, then he should definitely be charged. As should everyone in the chain that knew and said nothing.
However it must be proven beyond a shadow of a doubt.
I don't believe in charging people with a crime based on flimsy evidence even if it is a traitor to the Constitution.

Obama considers those 4 men and the rest of us as nothing more than "bumps in the road" to fundamentally changing America.

Is there a criminal charge for being a self centered coward? We need a full account of what happened. If Obama and his staff deliberately ignored pleas for help, then yes he (and his staff) should be brought up on charges.

We need a full and detailed account of who knew what and when they knew it. As usual the cover up is worse than the event. Mistakes happen and sometimes things go wrong. Lying about it is a crime. Lets get an independent investigator and find out.

Look at it this way, your hero, the big 0, has had 4 years to stop the war and he hasn't done it yet. He's allowed it to continue on and on. And now we've lost 4 men in Bengazhi, and we're expected to swallow hook line and sinker the video theory. Sit and do nothing? We as a nation were outraged that we were attacked on our soil; had Bush done nothing, he would have been impeached. Damned if you do, damned if you don't. The current prez should have stopped this war when he took office. He didn't. He killed binladen, just ask him, and thats why we were supposedly in Afghanastan, right? So why are we still there? When OBL was killed, why didn't the troops withdraw and clear the country? I'm no military strategist by any means, but this is common sense to me. Bring our soldiers home, let those in the countries fend for themselves and send them no more money, EVER for any reason.
