If you've just decided to get a flu shot, finding a place that gives them out may be harder than you thought. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) says there's a shortage of vaccines due to the high demand this year.
Flu season started about a month earlier than usual this year and has now spread in 47 states. Plus, 24 of those states have reported very high levels of the disease. And in some regions, the flu is mixing with a stomach bug and an outbreak of whooping cough. Does the shortage of flu vaccines worry you? Or are you confident that you'll be fine?

WORRY FOR MYSELF but for my FAMILY WHO GO INTO THE CROWDS QUITE
OFTEN FOR WORK & SHOPPING etc.
I take a multi-vitamin and focus on foods with a nice spread of vitamins, minerals, protein, and antioxidants. Hence the boring "no serious health threat" life I lead. Just now reading up on dietary anti-inflammatory foods. Don't know if that will become a focus or not. Interesting though because so many health issues boil down to inflammation.
