The case of Voeltz v. Obama is simple. Mike Voeltz is a
registered Democrat and lives in Florida. He says that the Democratic
Party cheated him of his vote by having on the ballot the name of a
candidate who may not run. Specifically, Voeltz says that Barack Obama
may not run for President because he is not a natural born citizen.
Judge Terry Lewis in Leon County, Florida, scheduled a hearing for Monday, June 18, 2012, at 9:00 a.m. Voeltz asked Larry Klayman, of Judicial Watch
fame, to plead his case. Klayman sent in a brief saying in detail what a
natural born citizen is, and is not. The Constitution (Article II,
Section 1, paragraph 5) says that only a natural born citizen may even run for President. Klayman cited a case (Minor v. Happersett, 1875) that is the only case
that defines a natural born citizen in any detail. That case describes a
natural born citizen as a person born in the country to two citizen parents. That is the only place in the opinion where that phrase “natural born citizen” shows up.
Klayman said further that the Framers used the phrase natural born citizen for a reason:
The framers were not stupid. They understood that a
president with divided loyalties could present a security and other
risks for our nation.
The White House lawyers say that anyone born in-country is a natural born citizen, wherever the parents were born. But while Klayman cited a case to back him up, the White House legal team did not. So Judge Lewis ordered the White House to back up their idea of what a natural born citizen can be. He also ordered them to show original documents to prove that Obama is a natural born citizen.

Early this morning, WND reported that Sheriff Joe Arpaio of Maricopa County, Arizona, swore
to his role in investigating Obama eligibility in his State. The leader
of his Cold Case Posse, former New Jersey detective Mike Zullo, swore to his own role, as did WND reporter Jerome Corsi. Arpaio and Corsi both appeared before their notaries yesterday; Mike Zullo saw a notary the day before.
“Sheriff Joe” says that the Obama long-form birth certificate is not
a copy of a paper document. Instead, says the sheriff, someone built it
on a computer. Worse, someone copied a picture of the “registrar’s
stamp” from somewhere else and pasted it in. (CNAV has already shown that the file is full of mistakes. Among other things, that “registrar’s stamp” spells the word THE as TXE.) That is why Arpaio found “probable cause” that the White House file is a forgery.
Mike Zullo went further. He said that Hawaiian officials have told
different stories over the last five years on whether Barack Obama even has a birth certificate.
Klayman also introduced a copy of Jerome Corsi’s book, Where’s the Real Birth Certificate? as evidence. Corsi needed to swear in writing that his book was accurate.
In other news, Hawaii officials still treat the Obama eligibility question as if it were radioactive. Ask yourself why should they, if there's nothing left to dispute?

I have studied conservatism as far back in history as it goes, and they have always been on the wrong side of everything. Republicans/Conservatives, and T-Boogers have great insecurities, a sense of helplessness, guilt, and the inability to effect change. I never dared to be radical when young for fear it would make me conservative when old. The radical invents the views. When he has worn them out, the conservative adopts them. You know, one fifth of the people are against everything all the time, and these are the conservatives.
Conservatism in every place and time is founded on deception, and in particular, rational thought is an evil thought. The opposite of conservatism is democracy, and contempt for democracy is a constant thread in the history of conservative argument. The central conservative argument: freedom is impossible unless the common people internalize aristocratic domination. Liberalism is a movement of conscience, yet conservatism has taken to acting as if they owned the language of conscience. Conservatives continually twists the language of conscience into its opposite. It has no choice: conservatism is unjust, and cannot survive except by pretending to be the opposite of what it is.
Conservatism has opposed rational thought for thousands of years. What most people know nowadays as conservatism is basically a public relations campaign aimed at persuading them to lay down their capacity for rational thought. Conservatives frequently attempts to destroy rational thought, for example, by using language in ways that stand just out of reach of rational thought or rebuttal. Conservatism have used a wide variety of methods to destroy reason throughout history. Many of these methods, such as the suppression of popular literacy (Public education), are incompatible with the modern economy. Once common people started becoming educated, more sophisticated methods of domination were required. Thus the invention of public relations, which is a kind of rationalized irrationality.
The main idea of public relations is the distinction between "messages" and "facts". Messages are things you want people to believe. A message is therefore vague enough that it is very difficult to refute by rational means. People in politics refer to messages as
"strategies" and people who devise these strategies are known as strategists. One should think of their messages as a kind of pipeline: a steady stream of facts selected (twisted or fabricated) to fit the message. Contrary facts are of course ignored. The goal is what the professionals call "message repetition". This provides right-wing activists with something to confuse their adversaries" come up with new facts to fit the conservative leader's chosen message. Having become established in this way, messages must also be continually intertwined with one another (abortion and the denial of contraception to women).
Public relations aims to break down reason and replace it with mental associations. They try to associate "us" with good things and "them" with bad things There is "A Key Mechanism of Control" in the language alteration or destruction. It is advised that Republicans/Conservatives and T-Boogers associate themselves with words like "building", "dream", "freedom", "learn", "light", "preserve", success", and "truth", while associating opponents with words and phrases like "bizarre". "decay", "ideological", "lie", "machine", "pathetic", "traitors", "Socialists", "Death Panels", "Muslim", "Big Government", and "JOB KILLING Health Care Reform". The strategy here is a kind of cognitive surgery: systematically creating and destroying mental associations with little regard for the truth. People who think this way cannot even conceptualize truth.
Another tool they use in the destruction of language is through projection. Projection is a psychological notion; it roughly means attacking someone by falsely claiming that they are attacking you (Santorum calling liberals the elites.). Reason occurs mostly through the medium of language, and so the destruction of reason requires the destruction of language. American conservatism institutionalized public relation methods of politics on a large scale, and used these methods in a savage campaign of delegitimizing democratic institutions. Conservatism runs on ideologies that bear only a tangential relationship to reality.
Conservatives are all fundamentalists with a top dressing of chaos and destruction. That is why they are the stupidest of Conservatives, T-Boogers, and reactionary in politics and the most bigoted of obstructionists and domestic terrorists. Any one found in the U.S. under the age of five, whose parentage cannot be determined, as long as proof of non-citizenship is not provided by age 21
Any one born outside the United States, if one parent is an alien and as long as the other parent is a citizen of the U.S. who lived in the U.S. for at least five years (with military and diplomatic service included in this time)
A final, historical condition: a person born before 5/24/1934 of an alien father and a U.S. citizen mother who has lived in the U.S.

Separate sections handle territories that the United States has acquired over time, such as Puerto Rico (8 USC 1402), Alaska (8 USC 1404), Hawaii (8 USC 1405), the U.S. Virgin Islands (8 USC 1406), and Guam (8 USC 1407). Each of these sections confer citizenship on persons living in these territories as of a certain date, and usually confer natural-born status on persons born in those territories after that date. For example, for Puerto Rico, all persons born in Puerto Rico between April 11, 1899, and January 12, 1941, are automatically conferred citizenship as of the date the law was signed by the President (June 27, 1952). Additionally, all persons born in Puerto Rico on or after January 13, 1941, are natural-born citizens of the United States. Note that because of when the law was passed, for some, the natural-born status was retroactive.
