Sheriff Joe asserts that Barack Obama is indeed a foreign national not born in the U.S. who has committed espionage and a long list of other crimes far more serious than those for which the Rosenbergs were executed. Should he be PROSECUTED?

1. Hawaii is controlled by Democrats who, sad to say, put partisan loyalty ahead of loyalty to America.

2. Hawaiian law at the time Obama was born allowed foreign births to be reported as having occurred in Hawaii.

3. Anyone able to follow simple instructions can prove to themselves also that Obama's birth certificate was created using Adobe software layering techniques. See:

4. The Social Security number Barack Obama has been using was issued to a Connecticut man born in 1890 who died in Hawaii when Obama was 15.

5. Obama's Selective Service number was "fudged" as well.

6. Obama also spent over a million dollars in legal fees to keep his school records and other records hidden.

7. Obama's father was a foreign national, not a U.S. citizen.

In summation:

The only plausible reason for why Obama's birth certificate is fake and the rest of the above-noted things is that Barack Obama is indeed a foreign national who usurped the U.S. presidency, guilty of espionage and a host of other CRIMES at the highest level of U.S. government; and whose crimes are far more serious than those for which the Rosenbergs were executed in 1953.
