Nah.....it's a pervasive attitude in the beltway. Congress sodomizes the American taxpayer, Fluke expects free contraception for spreading her legs, and these poor stressed out body guards of the Prez expect free horizontal refreshment for putting their balls on the line.
Is there really a conflict here? caught having sex

It's a sign of the desperate economic times we're in when even Secret Service Agents can't afford to pay hookers for their "secret service." Maybe the answer is to provide them all with Interns.

Looks like they are free trade advocates. They will have exciting careers as politicians once they figure out that free trade is meant to screw Americans, not the people of the country benefiting from it.

While I view prostitution as immoral and unethical, the far Left has long supported "sex workers" financially and politically. Prostitution is legal in Cartengna. If these people were legal visitors, they are legally allowed to use whatever services are offered. It doesn't make it right, but it does bring into question the values of this administration wherein they opening support all kinds of questionable activity here.

What surprises me is the the SS does not have tighter reign on these and that no one is bringing up how this could have been a major beach and compromise of security to protect the president

It may be just a ploy to take away attention from the report of Michelle Obama having a steamy affair with a secret service man.

I think government employees in general are way overpaid, but if secret service men are that desperate, double their salaries.

So this is your news source? I guess it is on the level of Fox News. Here is another credible news source for you that is on your level

Yeah, I get it. Anything other than Fox news. That's is fine if you want to exist within your own alternate reality. That entire narrative is becoming more irrelvant and fringe. Enjoy.

What surprises me the most is that anyone would be stupid enough to suggest that the Secret Service is connected to the name of the President. The SS is about the most independent operation of the U.S. Govy, operating much like a private security service, but with even more power to control movement and security of their assigned charges. What they do in their private moments is, of course, of concern. But, to suggest their misconduct somehow attaches to the President is beyond the bounds of even the ignorance demonstrated by the Farside on an average day.

Very true, but there are those on this forum who believe the President is their boss and can select who he wishes as his security shields. Boggles the mind, doesn't it? That makes about as much sense as saying Major League Baseball can decide who will play in the Super Bowl.

Be very afraid. They walk among us.

Obama may not be the “boss” of the Secrete Service, but he is certainly supposed to be the Commander in Chief of our Military (at least that's in his job description)....

“Military ensnared in Colombia Secret Service scandal”
CARTAGENA, Colombia — Five U.S. military members have been ordered confined to quarters over possible involvement in inappropriate conduct at the same hotel here as the 11 Secret Service agents sent home in an unfolding scandal involving local prostitutes.

    What's the excuse here?

Think before answering, because I and a good number of others can come up with a very long list of incidents where the liberals placed the blame squarely on President Bush.

Yea, there wre more than 8,000 black body bags brought to Dover, DE, during his tenure. Want to compare that to a dozen SS.Army guys who were partying with some girls the day before the President was scheduled to arrive?

Have no idea what you are trying to say. But, yes, the SS has a great record, except those who missed the shooters of Reagan and JFK.

  • Ambassa... BackWoo... 2012/04/15 00:26:25

They put it all out there every day. So, if they decided to party with some girls I'm not going to bash them. But, they broke the code of discipline, and they are "gone" from the service. The whine posted here about their being somehow "Obama" SS agents is, of course, a childish attempt to slander the President for something far removed from him.

The immorality within our government starts with the example at the top. I'm surprised we haven't heard more about functionaries getting themselves into a wide array of sordid circumstances.
