We have a Supreme Court with some very old justices. The next president will likely get to appoint at least two new justices. We already have a court where the corporations win every time against the citizens of our country, whether it is allowing unlimited corporate spending on political propaganda, or the right of Walmart to pay women less, or to protect a corporation that illegally underpaid a worker if they can hide that from the worker for enough time.
It will be terrible for the people of our country if the Republicans get to put any more corporate extremists on the court. If you take take long term view, that is reason enough to vote for Obama even if you think he is terrible. We have congress and the Senate to limit what Obama can do. There is no limit to what the Supreme Court can do.

yea as in EXECUTIVE ORDERS, he mentioned Executive Orders when he was campaigning in 08, something to the effect of the President cannot just alter the Constitution, the new laws take effect by way of Executive Order, and you can rest assured that when I am President I will have my attorney general revise all the Executive Orders that President Bush signed that were Unconstitutional and by the stroke of a pen repeal every last one of them, he also said something to the effect of open and transparent government how is that open transparency and progressive change working out for you? BTW HOW WAS YOUR NEW YEARS OBAMA SIGNED NDAA ON NEW YEARS EVE I was celebrating the Holidays when he was signing our Bill Of Rights away by way of clear and open transparent government and Executive Orders...
