SEE THE HILARIOUS RESPONSES FROM OBAMA SUPPORTERS WHEN ASKED WHY THE GOV’T SHOULD PAY FOR CONTRACEPTION

doofiegirl POTL~PWCM~JLA 2012/08/09 19:09:05
From revealingpolitics.com comes these outrageous responses from Obama supporters outside the joint President Obama-Sandra Fluke campaign event in Denver on Wednesday.

The interviewees were all dead-set on the government not having any place in the bedroom. But following that up with why then should the government pay for the contraception used in the bedroom, they seemed to falter.

“The government has no place in our bedroom?” interviewer Caleb Bonham asked one woman.

“No,” she asserted.

“So you’re in support of contraception, government-funded contraception — why do you believe the government should pay for what goes on inside your bedroom?” The woman paused before answering, “That’s a very good question.”

I believe if the government wants to save millions of dollars they should force contraception and abortions on each and every welfare bum. Not a violation of rights just say it is your right to not take welfare if you will not agree to the terms. People gotta stop destroying this earth byu breeding uncontrolled. If contraception is forced think how much taxpayers save by preventing generation after generation of worthless non working or tax paying scum.

I don't know of ANY insurance company that pays 100% for viagra, and likewise, I can't think of ANY insurance company that doesn't pay at all on birth control.

Yes, let's turn the clock back a hundred years when it was against the law to tell women how to prevent getting pregnant. Let's turn the world over to the men who run and own insurance companies.
When you read the post here you get to understand why Amercans are thought of by much of the world as, rude, arrogant, uncaring, warmongers. We are truly the New Romans with little compassion for the flotsum of humanity. Oh, there are agencies that we give lip service to but there are also many countries that give a bigger percentage of their GDP to human services around the world.

I have no idea what you are talking about since the beginning of time Women knew how to get pregnant or prevent it. I don't care what the world thinks of me the other countries are broke too. I am not a Roman, the Romans lost their morals and ended their own way of life, they also Hung Jesus Christ on the cross along with many others. I love America and what she stands for, evidently you are UN-American, Rome would be happy to have you.

You are a tribalist who cannot see that we are all living on a small planet in the middle of a vast universe and individually we are but bacteria on the head of a pin. The planet is billions of years old but humans have only been on the earth a small fraction of time and will probably populate themselves out of existence unless another catastrophe gets them first. In the age of jet travel we are all vulnerable to traveling viruses.
At the Natural History Museum in NYC there is a spiral walkway from the top to the bottom. If you take that walkway you start at the beginning of the planet and as you descend you pass by the different ages of the planet. At the end of the walk is a magnifying glass and under the glass in a human hair. The plaque says it represents in the age of the planet how long humans have been here. It sure does make you think that we need to all work together as humanity rather than little tribes fighting each other over religion, power, oil, culture, and all the other plagues of human behavior.

The science of reproduction has not been available to women. They knew only that the sex act COULD result in pregnancy but not how to prevent that. My granddmother was born in the 1800, and had many children. When I asked her why she had so many she told me that "They wouldn't tell us how not to." meaning that giving out information about how to prevent pregnancy was agains the law. Like the getting the vote, many women suffered and went to jail to secure that right for women. Women for generations (especially poor women) became the property of their husband and there was little they could do to protect themselves for being used in a sexual way. Wealthier women always had more access to more information and doctors. A routine abortion was called a quick D & C and nobody was the wiser. The poor used back alley abortionist to solve the problem of another mouth to fee.

My Grandmother lived in the 1900's had seven kids and bought a frying pan for birth control, if you're a man then you really know nothing about women and their ovaries. Edit from your moniker you are a girl, but a freaky one at that.

Those who choose to be sexually active should take responsibility for providing it. Is it really too much to ask to buy your own condoms, pills, shots, or whatever? If for some reason you cannot afford contraception, there are organizations that offer these products and services at little or no cost. When did your orgasm become my responsibility?
