The Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) just ruled that the "Individual Mandate" clause of the Affordable Care Act (aka "Obamacare") raise taxes on everyone. The SCOTUS ruled the Individual Mandate Unconstitutional in relation to the Constitution's Commerce Clause -- but ruled it Constitutional as a tax increase.
President Obama promised he would not raised taxes on the working class, the middle class or the poor. Obama's 2012 re-election campaign may have suffered its greatest setback because now Obama has to answer this contradiction to the public, media and Moderates.
Chief Justice John Roberts, a Conservative appointed by President George W. Bush, decided the swing vote and wrote the court's opinion. Roberts joined the Liberal justices in the decision. President Obama may again blame George W. Bush...

lets take auto insurance for example...
Say I have insurance on my car. I get into an accident and my car has extensive damage but not totaled by definition of the insurance company. It costs a pretty penny to fix it. The insurance company has me pay a deductible for the service in order to get it fixed (even though I am already paying hundreds a month to have their service). I pay the simple deduction and my car is sent in for repairs. The bill goes to the insurance company. The company pays the bill and then keeps it in records for later use. I am now back on the road driving again, but if I have another future incident either my deductible would be higher or I will be paying more monthly
I can use this same example for health insurance, flood insurance, phone insurance, you name it
so like I said, the definition of "insurance" pretty much sums up how insurance WORKS
and in terms of an actuary... their job in the insurance field is quite easy since their evaluations are based on the individual, their recorded actions, and general standards....

If my driving record shows that I have no tickets, have never gotten into an accident, and my driving performance is above par (which for their analysis they go by default with age and gender) then their evaluation will show that I am a safe driver and their risk/loss due to me would be near minimal and my charges will be lower than normal...
Now if my driving record shows that I have gotten into a few accidents, have a good amount of speeding tickets and reckless driving on my record, and fit within the default standard of being a reckless driver, their evaluation will conclude that I am a high risk/loss with their business and they will either charge me more or will no longer do business with me.

It will be Constitutionally REPEALED as per the WILL of WE,, the People and replaced with another plan that actually SOLVES the problems with Health Care in America instead of INCREASING them exponentially as Obamacare has done...
