It was just a passing thought. If enough protest arises and is demonstrated on election day, there's no telling what could result from overwhelming opposition.
Imagine the impact on small business, many of which fly without a parachute in terms of health insurance (or insurance of any kind). There should at least be some special plan for start ups and an associated period of time.
I'll (make an effort to) read the entire decision ... until I do, i'm not able to make much of a comment on the decision, BUT i'd just like to take a moment to gloat that all the right-wing doomsayers have been proven wrong - they incorrectly understood how constitutional law and adjudication works and they missed the boat completely ... hardy har har!!!
