School Bus Monitor Verbally Abused on Bus: Should Students Be Disciplined?

I couldn't finish watching that. I do not understand bullies. I do not understand lazy parenting. I was the oldest of 4, then there was my brother Jeff, Steve and our little sister Sharon. Jeff use to get bullied by this black boy that was in his grade. A grade below me. It was always on that long hot bus ride home. That boys brothers, sisters and cousins would laugh and egg him on. My brother would be boiling mad but he never touched the black boy. They'd get in each others faces and he'd push my brother and it was never ending. So many times I'd listen to as much as I could stand listening to and I REALLY tried letting my brother deal with his own battles...and he certainly could have ....and he did. But he knew he would get as much as he gave in this case, or more, because every brother and cousin in the crew would gang up on my brother. if he dare touched that black boy or started getting the best of him. That was just a known fact. So, every so often.... more often than not.... I would turn around as I stood up and with as much authority as my brother, but much louder.... enough to shut the whole school bus up and cause such a silence all you could hear was the motor of the bus as I told this black boy to "Sit Down N---- and Shut Up NOW before I Sit Your Black A-- Down For You !!! ......... He ALWAYS Sat down. Him and his whole family ALWAYS shut their mouths and the rest of the ride was a relief. I would even glance up at the bus driver and he would either give me a quick smile or he'd have his eyebrows raised with a slight smile on his face, like... She's got this....
I never would've used that word like that but it was the only thing that would stop the torment my brother was going through. Maybe that's why I despise bullies so much.
My brother always said thank you, later but with that he'd tell me to stop because it made him look weak. I never once thought he was weak and neither did anyone else.
The kids in this video need their attitudes "spanked" to a fare thee well.
