SAY WHAT? Elizabeth Hasselbeck Says Sarah Palin's to Blame for Lack of Mitt Romney Coverage?

Sarah Palin's bus tour rolled into New Hampshire faster than you can say Paul Revere just as Republican presidential hopeful Mitt Romney was announcing his candidacy last week.

Merely a coincidence, the former Alaska governor protested, despite the fact that her mere presence tends to suck up nearby publicity like some roaming media black hole.

And do you know who's not having any of it? Elisabeth Hasselbeck, that's who.

The former "Survivor" contestant, now chatting up the issues with the ladies of "The View," says Romney's her guy, and Sarah just needs to knock it off already:

"Mitt Romney, right now, his specialty is the economy. I'd have him in there. Here's why we're not hearing it: because Sarah Palin's on a bus and right now she's manipulating, in terms of media attention."

Kinda surprising coming from Hasselbeck, who at one time, seemed to be a Palin supporter.

Here's a reality check - the media is OBSESSED with Sarah Palin. So Sarah wants to do a bus tour of America. So what? The media can't stop complaining about it, saying they had to chase her up and down the highway because she wouldn't tell them where she was going next.

Sarah is just going on her merry way, and everyone's getting bent out of shape about it.
I love it when Sarah twists them into pretzels! She's leading them by the nose right now and they're clueless!

shape love sarah twists pretzels shes leading nose clueless sarah palin you go girl

Sarah Palin will go anywhere there is a crowd of people to get attention. She knew exactly what she was doing and showing up there was no accident. She did the same thing just before that at the Rolling Thunder event even though she knew it was being held for the military. She just has to be the center of attention.

Mitt's lack luster performance in the last election may be part of what is wrong with his coverage. I am not a Republican but a fiscal conservative. No fiscal conservative, or any kind of conservative should be trusting of any one who could get elected in a statewide election in a liberal, socialist, progressive, Marxist bastion such as Massachusetts. Brown has proven himself to be a RHINO, stupid me, I even sent him a campain contribution. I found out that you cannot trust any politition that can get elected in a statewide race in any of these bastions of the left. No one from any of these states will ever get my vote.

MItt Romney is a looser out of the gate.Sarah Palin is as well.If the public thought as much of Romney as he sees himself he might have a chance.Sarah Palin has celebrity but seems more like an self interested opportunist than a leader. The truth is the mainstream media cannot pick a republican candidate. Most of them are Obama supporters and Fox news in is love with loosers.Ive heard Buzz about many.Herman Cain sounded good in the debate but has had problems of late. The Media is against Ron Paul who is by far the best Constitutional Conservative but I think the majority of people have realized that Mainstream media either lies or reports what they want to suit thier agenda and leaves the facts to the wind.If nothing changes,Im afraid we will have 4 more years of Obama who is a globalist dishrag. He has brought plenty of change as he promised, just nothing good.

While it is true that Palin sucks all of the oxygen from the room, this should not affect Mitt as he is made of plastic.

Romney's biggest problem, of course, is that he simultaneously defends and denies his own political history, thereby embracing the philosophy of political contrarianism -- if Obama is for it, he will be against it, no matter what it happens to be ... even if it is a policy or program that he once championed.

She's right, (for once in her pathetic life). Want to know why, because Palin is funnier. She says the dumbest things, especially those 'gotcha' answers and her famility is laughable, kind of like the Simpsons, except no pregnent daughter. If Mitt shows he is real and doesn't make any stupid comments, he will be taken more seriously and given more coverage. As for Hasselcrack, who or what the hell are her credentials for saying anything???? She has no credibility!!!

Normally.. I would pretty much agree with Hasselbeck but HERE she is wrong..

Rommey's Media coverage vrs Palin's is NOT Palin's fault.. It's the Media's fault.. LOOK how Obsessed they are with her.. There are THOUSANDS of reporters RIGHT NOW,, poring through thousands of E-mails trying to find something,, ANTHING on Palin that THEY can use to attack her..

You can BET that even if they FAIL they will find SOME way to TWIST something into something they can use..

It is intentional to marginalize and ignore the current leader of the repub party. By not building up the only clear candidate at the moment, he gets no traction and the people who don't pay attention actually think she is running for something. She isn't. This negates Romney and Cain, therefore clearing a path for the most well known candidate for office-obie.
