Palin is out for the bucks. Her fans are the RWNJs whose intelligence level is about par with hers & Becks. She is a hate monger. It isn't being built on Ground Zero it's a couple of blocks away. Religious freedom includes all. The hatred for muslims comes from the so called religious right. Who fostered this jihad in the first place when Ronnie was king? STFU Palin, go home & take care of your kids.

Wow!! Over 70 percent of the American people are RWNJs...nice try!!! It's not about religion...it's about location, location, LOCATION....If cake were hate, you've eaten your fair share!!! :)

There shouldn't be any religious buildings at Ground Zero at all. A simple memorial or some sort of community center where people of every faith or none at all can gather and reflect on the incident better serves the community. And then nobody is slighted or offended.

What business is it of hers? She wouldn't know a mosque if she saw one and I doubt she has any idea of what a Muslim is. Maybe she should be more concerned with her disfunctional family and spend more time fixing that.

Yes she is worried about Muslim's in New York while the boyfriend of her daughter whom she hates and called nasty names and a rotten father is now going to marry her daughter. Perhaps her attentions should be spent on her dysfunctional family before she sees fit to tell other people what to do.

She is a horrible person. A Mosque is a temple of worship, not an evil entity. Leave them alone. Islam is not to blame for what happened on 9/11. Extremists perverting the teachings of the Koran are to blame.

Then so are the families of the ones who were killed by terrorist and the thousands who signed petitions and the ones demonstrating against this temple being built in the face of the American people. However, the Muslim countries and the terrorist consider it a great victory.

She is a horrible person for many other reasons than this. As for the mosque, it is not being built at Ground Zero. It is being built 2 blocks away. It looks to be located between a shoe store and an Amish market. Why is this such a big deal? Did you know that there are over 14,000 places of worship in and immediately around NYC, and only 29 of them are Mosques? To service the roughly 600,000 Islamic people living in the area. That is not nearly enough. Would it have caused such an uproar if yet another Catholic church, or Lutheran center where being built there? Probably not. The ignorance and general confusion about Islam and the beliefs that they follow vs. what the terrorists believe in have contributed to this fight. I saw let them build their temple. True Muslims are harmless.

I don't care how many Muslims are in the area if they are so harmless then let them come out and condemn the terrorist in their midst. Let them be open about where the money is coming from. Political correctness has run amok in America and is crippling the whole country. If they were really against jihad and sympathetic to American people they wouldn't even consider building anywhere close to such a tragic event. How do you think it would go over if we decided to build a huge church with towering steeples next to the Palace in Saudi Arabia or better yet, in the center of Mecca?
Oh yes, Palin is only a horrible person to the ones that are scared and jealous of her popularity. Just keep on criticizing her. The more you do the more powerful she becomes.

Building any Western religious monument in the center of Mecca would not go over well because Mecca is a holy place. While Ground Zero is the location of a tragic event, it is not a holy land. And for the sake of stopping the rampant PC in the nation, let them build it. There is nothing wrong with the true Muslim people. And they have publicly denounced the fanatics that are invoking the name of Allah for murder...but no one wants to hear it. I found more than enough evidence to show that, just Google the term "Muslim denounce terrorism" and see for yourself. They want to have a house of worship, it just happens to be 2 blocks from the location of the worst tragedy on American soil. The Muslims in the area deserve to have a small concession after all the hate that they have been exposed to. We immediately started to assume that anyone wearing a turban and a heavy veil was the enemy, and some still think this. We have a lot of hate to make up for. Let them have their building. It will help bring some jobs to the area, because they have to renovate the current building. I still don't see the down side to this whole thing.

As much as I dislike St. Sarah, I don't think that she or anyone else opposing a mosque at ground zero is out of line. It would be a little like Christians bombing Mecca and then proposing that a cathedral be built on the spot. Come on! Muslim extremists destroyed the twin towers in the name of Islam and Allah. To build a mosque on the site is not a good idea.

She just have to keep her name out there while her daughter is marring a guy she hates and claimed to be a terrible father. Can we say DYSFUNCTIONAL? This hypocrite cannot even run her own family so who puts any credence to her opinion?

Freedom of speech. I happen to agree. Next thing you know we will be required to practice shiria law in the name of diversity. I just love all the churches that we are allowed to build in Saudi Arabia in the name of political correctness. Sorry if I affend you but I enjoy saying Merry Christmas.

Like it or not, Shes right! If they put a Mosque near Ground Zero This will be their Trophy. Because they want to do the Ground breaking on 911.So what do you think? It is also rumored that the funding is coming from The Saudi Arabia . No one will say, But I just wonder how much tax payers money will go into it.
This will be a Slap in the face of ALL Americans! And whats worst Bloomberg and his staff is for it! I wouldn't be surprised if the Acorn Administration is all for it too!
I'm not against peaceful Muslims or Mosques But Ground Zero is not the place!

The building of a mosque at the world trade center would be a mockery surrounding the events of 9/11. Maybe she is echoing the feelings of a lot of Americans in this regard. As I recall the attackers supposedly did this under jihad and that is a religious rite that Muslims did to innocent Americans. Why is it okay to be attacked and destroyed under the name of Islam while standing up and fighting back in the name of Christianity wrong? Everybody screams unconstitutional and wrong when it means to uphold Christianity. There were not Christians supposedly high-jacking airplanes attacking the WTC or the Pentagon for that matter but if it were would it seem odd to place a Christian Church in its wake? Everybody is getting the old evil is good - good is evil argument.
