I got an e-mail that said that during this epidemic, gargle with salt water each day; it kills the virius (which takes 3 days to develop). Some people are also spraying salt water in their noses. I don't know how true this is but it can't hurt.

When you are active, busy, committed and hard working, you don't have time to read the trivia produced by the east coast elite.
