Ron Paul to show up in Tampa with as many as 500 Delegates? But, I thought Romney was the nominee? How can this be so?

LAKE
JACKSON, Texas – 2012 Republican Presidential candidate Ron Paul issued
the following statement to supporters, members the media, and
interested parties concerning his campaign going forward. Below please
find comments from Congressman Paul:
“I wanted you to get an update from me personally, since we have some great news!
“Due to the smart planning of our campaign and the hard work and
diligence of supporters like you, we stand to send nearly 200 bound
delegates to the Republican National Convention in Tampa. This number
shatters the predictions of the pundits and talking heads and shows the
seriousness of our movement.
“What’s more, we will send several hundred additional supporters to
Tampa who, while bound to Romney, believe in our ideas of liberty,
constitutional government, and a common-sense foreign policy.
“When it is all said and done, we will likely have as many as 500
supporters as delegates on the Convention floor. That is just over 20
percent!
“And while this total is not enough to win the nomination, it puts us in a tremendous position to grow our movement and shape the future of the GOP!
“I hope every one of you continues the fight we have advanced so well
this year. I hope you will finish your local and state conventions,
and, if you were selected as a national delegate, that you will head to
Tampa in August to force the Republican Party to listen to the voice of
liberty.
“We have never had this kind of opportunity. There will be hundreds
of your fellow supporters in Tampa who will be ready and willing to push
the Republican Party back to its limited government, liberty roots.
“There are many issues to fight for in Tampa. Also, candidates like
Justin Amash, Kurt Bills, and Thomas Massie need your support as we move
into the fall. Across the country, supporters of liberty have won
local office and leadership positions in the GOP, and we need to keep
working.
“Our delegates’ presence must be felt both in Tampa and in years to come.
“Stand up for what we believe in. Be respectful. And let the
establishment know that we are the future of the Party and of the
country.
“Our Revolution is just getting started. You’ll be hearing plenty
from me as we approach Tampa and the fall elections. You’ll also be
hearing of important developments on Audit the Fed and Campaign for
Liberty.
“I hope you’ll continue to stand with me as we go forward. Our Revolution could not have come this far without you.
“For Liberty,
Ron Paul”
What if all those disenfranchised Romney supporters see that Ron Paul can actually be the nominee, and swing all their support in the second round? Hmm? It ain't over folks, we can still make a difference.

The real problem is Americans are doing the best they can with the information they have. Many Americans haven't done their homework to find where does the Progressve legislation comes from? Who presented it? Who benifits? What organizations do these congressman belong to? What are the organizations goals? Who are the founders of these organizations and what is their politics? Why is it Americans alway hold their nose, when they have to vote and vote in the less of two evils? Why are all the canidates that are running for President always CFR or TC members?
I do not sit in judegement of people because most have absolutely no idea of how this country is being transformed in front of their eyes. I just try to realize they don...

I do not sit in judegement of people because most have absolutely no idea of how this country is being transformed in front of their eyes. I just try to realize they don't have the information and haven't leaned about it yet. I think it would be more productive for people to learn about what is going on rather than label people because what is happening is going to effect all of us. Its not a conspirecy, there is a paper trail if you know where to look.
The name of the game is to delude the people into seeing only the R and D and never the individuals and as we can see by folk like you, it is working perfectly.
Watch the vid, it is obvious you no nothing about Romney.
No problem.
Ron Paul is quite sane:
He has a clear and current Constitutional voting record. Has clear respect for said Constitution, something recent Presidents and many current Congressmen and Romney do not have.
Ron Paul has the sanest view on a balanced budget. Something no President since around the '50s, Including Clinton and his Mythical surplus, have had. When the national debt increases every year your budget is not balanced and you sure as heck do not have a surplus, but I digress.
Ron Paul is quite sane for his wish for smaller Government and less Government intervention into our lives. Something that seems unique in the last 100 years even though the entire PURPOSE of the Constitution is to be a LIMIT on Federal Power. Why would anyone NOT want their children to grow up free and without worry of Government overreach? Apparently people like you ok with Government overreach. Us sane people however are not ok with Government overreach.
Ron Paul is quite sane for his wish to End the Federal Reserve, regain control of our currency and end inflation. Those who control the money control the country. Ron Paul's position seems unique in our generation for an elected official.
Ron Paul is quite sane for his wish to keep the troop...

Ron Paul is quite sane for his wish to keep the troops at home and to stop spending money on 150 bases worldwide that do absolutely nothing to secure our nation. The Cold war is over, no country in world can possibly threaten our security if the troops were home and since we have Nukes no country ever will.
As to war, Ron Paul will fight them, provided Congress declares them as per the Constitution. not wanting more Presidential preemptive wars of aggression is quite a sane position to hold.
I am sorry by your assertion is completely unsupported, it lacks these things people like to call facts.
