Here is the situation: the RNC is trying to have the case dismissed, Richard MUST have ALL affidavits with a hand-written signature TODAY Every Plaintiff is essential to winning this lawsuit. He MUST have your HANDWRITTEN signatures via the fax because the court accepts faxes as a legal way. Emailing it will not do.

Please make sure that your affidavit says this line as the opening:

I so declare under penalty of perjury that the following is true and that I would so testify in a court of law if called as a witness.

THEN your testimony is next
THEN your contact information including name, address, phone and email,
THEN please sign your affidavit
THEN please put what kind of Delegate you were here in AZ (ie) Observer, Alternate State Delegate, State Delegate, Alternate National Delegate (A or B) National Delegate (A or B)
THEN Today's Date
THEN fax it to these two numbers right away 714-667-2388 and 561-658-0826

I know many of you sent me your signed affidavit when I sent them to the DA and AG, but this must be done now for the court, no exceptions. The RNC is playing games and trying to get the case thrown out. We cannot let anything be the cause of having this thrown out and signatures are required. Court's can demand things very quickly especially when we are trying to get things to move very quickly to meet the deadline of Tampa.
