April may and June 2008 gas was 3.00 to 4.00 per gal July was 4.11 a gal then it started to fall from there.By Dec 31 2008 the average price of gas was 1.61 per gal which was a 5 year low. Jan 26 2009 average gas was 1.84 By may 2009 it had already jumped up to 2.44 per gal.. Now those are FACTS!!

& now it's at $4.29 here in San Jose.. Ridiculous.
