We need leaders who are exactly this way. Too much debt has accumulated under this administration.

Romney is a businessman. He knows how to work the laws and to build up America with jobs. That is the bottom line. I don't care about all the little stupid comments people are making; how much he makes or doesn't, or any other wa wa wa wa. Romney knows his stuff. And Economists are the smartest people on the planet knowing how our economy works and how to fix it.

Obama is clueless about business and the economy. He is terribly wrongheaded about the nature of legitimate government and its purposes. He is consistent in fostering bigger government and a weaker private sector. He seeks to change our inalienable rights into a small subset of government-granted privileges, which are easily revoked anytime he can claim we have a responsibility to become someone else' servant, with him directing the operation.

Wishing he'll win is not enough. Romney must start putting it to Obama. NO one ever asks Obama a really tough question. He is to busy with soft ball interviews, Letterman and the View or unfair and balanced questions. Romney must get a little more in the attack mode and let him have it between the eyes. Unplug his telepromter and get him alone.

One thing I like about Romney is he's a businessman as well and knows how to surround himself with the right people. And you know he's not going to take us down the path of Marxism. Hopefully, with the congressional power behind him, he can set things right again, we shall see.

Where is the "Both" option? I haven't been all that much of a Romney fan in the past. My enthusiasm for Romney was once all about wanting someone at least an order of magnitude better than pure evil in the presidency (that leaves The Zero out). Then came the Ryan tap for the veep position. Bump in appreciation. Then the realistic "47%-ers" remarks (and more remarks making loads of sense in the same tape--remarks the Mass MEdia Podpeople Hivemind--A.K.A. "Bylines for Barry"--largely covered up) and the revelation of the Romney's remarkable generosity and I'm now very favorably impressed with Romney.

BTW, The Zero hasn't so much "failed USA" as achieved remarkably "good" progress in his primary goal to "fundamentally transform" the US into a third world hell hole ruled by a kleptocratic kakistocracy whose only purpose is to build themselves "golden Solyndrachutes" by looting the American economy and making good "gummint plantation slaves" of the rest of us.

So now what can WE do to get him elected. WE can't take another 4 years with Obama. Unless Romney begins to fight more aggresively we're down the tube.

GOTV! MAke sure EVERYONE in your circle of acquaintances that will vote RIGHT is either at the polls on November 6 or has properly submitted an appropriate absentee ballot, etc., well enough in advance. Offer rides. Get together with a local grass roots political club to place signs, hand out campaign materials, make calls, etc. See your State and County Romney/Ryan campaign organizations (lists at https://www.mittromney.com/ac... etc.

Oh, and spread the word to all your dumba** acquaintances who think The Zero's The Bomb to be SURE to vote on November 14. *heh* Do whatever (legal) bit you can to keep idiots like this at home where they're less dangerous to themselves and others:

It will be the most important part of his nomination and he has to come thru with the power of the evening. Obama will not be able to use notes or telepromter so Romney at least starts even with him.

Team-Romney has good reason to be both defiant and realistic. In the end, a lot will depend on how Governor Romney is perceived in the 3 debates. I'm a little incredulous that he has allowed the panels for the debates to allegedly be heavily weighed down with liberals, and will just have to wait and see. Historically, in business and as a politician, Governor Romney has repeatedly performed exceptionally well, especially under pressure. There is no reason to believe he will not perform exceptionally well, again, in the debates with the President!

Obama definitely failed the nation, and sadly Mitt does not have the tough-minded ideology to turn things around. The most he will do is slow the advance of progressivism, but not stop or reverse it. We will have a lousy four more years whichever one wins.

Such optimism, hopefully we will have a united Congress and not the nonsense that has gone on for the last 2 years (delay and blame); what a waste of effort considering the salaries paid to our elected representatives.

Just calling it like it is. Even if we get a great Congress later this year, it won't mean much without a great President, because the President has to sign passed bills before they become law. And even getting a great Congress will be impossible, because only 1/3 of Senate seats will be contested, so most of the Senate will remain in place.

1/3 of the Senate is a Huge Number, I am hoping for radical change and will keep hoping.

The problem is that the Senate is 95% RINO's and liberals. Half a dozen new TPM freshmen aren't going to be able to change anything.
