He won't release them, because he doesn't have any court sealed records to release. Most of what is being demanded, and claimed as "sealed" falls into these categories:
a) already been released or has always been a matter of public record
b) so old it has long since been lost (can YOU produce every paper YOU wrote 30 years ago?)
c) simply doesn't exist, the demand being based on falsehoods and hoaxes that have been accepted as true. (See also: Poe's Law)
