For all the running around crying about what Mitt will do, that democrats do, one wonders what the heck they are SO scared of? While Governor of Massachusetts, did he do any of what Obama or his surrogates claim he'd do? The unemployment rate was great. Citing the job creation number seems a little silly considering the unemployment rate- and how small the state is compared to others it's compared to! Don't people ask these questions? Furthermore, what is everyone COMPLAINING about in Washington? "No one will put their interests aside to get things done". Well, isn't that what Mitt did in Massachusetts? Didn't he work WITH a primarily democratic legislature to accomplish what their state wanted to do? Would it have made sense for him to have worked (Ike Obama) against the will of elected representitives when they existed in such large numbers? He tried to guide them to have a funded Health care system at the state level, under 100 Pages long...bulked up only by Massachusetts Representitives overriding his suggestions- which by the way threaten the self sufficiency of the program (something to take note with Obama's top heavy healthcare plan). The question remains, who is more successful, at getting opposing sides to work together?

Liberals get their news from sources that have their noses so far up the Democrats a$$ they wouldn't know the truth if it hit them on the head. Unbiased reporting is a thing of the past and these sound bites get out there and Liberals pick it up and believe every bit of it "well the President said the Republican's won't work with him" when that is what the media said instead of the truth is that the Republicans look at the cost and the extra Government employees and the big picture. While I agree that working together would benefit the country because Liberals have some good ideas but throwing money at them isn't the best plan to get them done, case in point the 3.2 trillion dollar economic stimulus package in 2009 that the Democrats pushed through Congress after the election that failed.
While Liberals say that Republicans grab the money and all that, they look to see how that money is spent and where it is going and are usually big picture people, forest for the trees and all that so they are just going to say "yay" to a plan because the President say...

While Liberals say that Republicans grab the money and all that, they look to see how that money is spent and where it is going and are usually big picture people, forest for the trees and all that so they are just going to say "yay" to a plan because the President says it will work, it also takes more money to pay for this plan and in case you didn't know we increased our fiscal gap the true measure of our debt by $11 trillion dollars in a year; basically we are spending money we haven't even made or borrowed yet. That is from both parties plus we haven't had a budget in 3 years. So as a President Obama has failed to capture the leadership that he needs to reel in his own party let alone close the gap in partisanship. Point to Romney.
As President, Barack Obama has vetoed 2 items and has not been overridden on any.
Clearly, the President is more successful at working with his Congress than Romney was.
