The 368,000 new citizens not even trying to find work is the scariest part of this.
In spite of claiming to be in favour of people who work, the Obama Administration has created an enviroment favouring those who hire. The markett is saturated with unemployed and business has it's choice.
Small wonder those over 45 are the most often screwed as business' under threat of Obamacare regulation and taxes choose the young who not only will need less healthcare and other benefits, but can be had for lower pay as well.

Mitt Romney slammed President Obama over a disappointing August jobs report in a statement Friday, declaring that "if last night was the party, this morning is the hangover."
"For every net new job created, nearly four Americans gave up looking for work entirely. This is more of the same for middle class families who are suffering through the worst economic recovery since the Great Depression," Romney continued. "After 43 straight months of unemployment above 8 percent, it is clear that President Obama just hasn't lived up to his promises and his policies haven't worked. We aren’t better off than they were four years ago."

The housing market has been a huge drain on the economy, but now that drain is being plugged.
He's full of hot air. What he neglects to mention is that 4 years ago, the economy was in a landslide. It was at 7.8 percent when Obama took office and then he lost 4.3 million jobs in his first 13 months as president. Somehow, we've recovered quite well, and still have to make up for jobs that were lost before Obama even took office.
But, Romney can't see all that; he just does as he's told and says what he's told to.
Nonfarm payrolls increased only 96,000 last month, the Labor Department said on Friday. Economists polled by Reuters had expected payrolls to rise 125,000 last month.
June and July data was revised to show 41,000 fewer jobs created than previously reported.
A total of 368,000 people gave up looking for work in August.
The unemployment rate dropped to 8.1 percent from 8.3 percent in July, which was because so many Americans gave up the hunt for work.
Government payrolls declined 7,000, falling for a sixth straight month.
The jobless rate has held above 8 percent for 43 straight months -- the longest stretch since the Great Depression.
The labor force participation rate or the percentage of Americans who either have a job or are looking for one, fell to 63.5 percent -- the lowest since September 1981.
Our national debt has surpassed $16 trillion
How many jobs did the last Republican Administration create?
Oh yeah... never mind.
