The war of words is getting to new heights in the 2012 election. We know all politicians lie to get elected, but which presidential candidate is worse: Mitt Romney or Barack Obama?

The battle between President Obama and Mitt Romney reached new levels of rancor Thursday, with each campaign accusing the other of lying over Romney's tenure at private-equity firm Bain Capital.

    Obama has not kept one single promise.
    Obama is a puppet of the Banksters he has surrounded himself with.
    He was against NAFTA and GATT while voting for it.
    He was against the Patriot Act while voting for it.
    He was for closing Guantanamo while doing everything to expand it.
    I could go on and on.
    He is a liar and a fraud.

    Romney hides his income in offshore accounts, lies about his years in Bain Capital, refuses to release his tax returns, repeatedly lies about Democtatic initiatives and legislation and is the king of flip-floppers.

    On top of that, he is a Repugnican so lying is in hes DNA.

    Please don't' take this the wrong way, as I'm no supporter of either, but I have no idea why Romney being a passive liar (he's not by the way. He's both a passive and active liar like any successful politician) would be worse than Obama being an active one. I would think intentional deception would be worse. But even if it's not, why would passive lying be worse?

    Politicians rarely lie. What they actually do is much worse: They truly believe in whatever they have to believe to get elected, regardless of the facts. We call politicians liars to absolve ourselves of blame.

    Politicians from one end of the spectrum to the other have a propensity to lie, It’s a matter of severity.

    The opposition attacks Romney with anecdotal stories of his past business practices; then concludes he lied or at least twisted the facts.

    Republicans return fire with empirical evidence that Obama is a pathological liar, lies that started before Obama lowered his right hand when taking the Oath of Office.

Romney is truly a job create .. just not in the USA ... Romney claim he loves this country .. but his action state other wise.. like hiding his money overseas .. so he won't pay taxes .. in the country he claims to love ... but yet made that money in the USA .. working people make their pay checks here in the states and pay taxes here in the states on that money ... Romney's action .. has shown us he has not love for the USA ... just the love of money ...
