    As much as I want 0bozoTax to go away, Roberts was correct because Congress was given the authority to levy taxes under the 16th amendment.

    I lost all faith in the supreme court when they ruled you couldn't have a law against lying. Anyone who claims that lying is the same as free speech and freedom of expression is seriously confused.

    blaiming it on Roberts is just wrong. Roberts wrote the opinion, but there were five Justices that rulled the tax constitutional

    Ginsberg, Breyer, Sotomayer, Kagan, and Roberts.

    Tom Price's opinion means about about as much as any citizens which is bupkis
