Every elected official is supposed to defend the Constitution of the United States agains all enemies, foreing and domestice. However, the Republican party has handed over the defense budget to Grover Norquist, and he has decided that giving tax breaks to the wealthiest 1% is more important than ensuring that the defense department can do whatever is necessary to protect our freedom.
My question to Republican lawmakers is, who do you serve? Do you serve Grover Norquist or the people of the USA? Are you under the dictatorship of Grover Norquist or part of the freedom that is the USA?
I say these lawmakers are traitors to the American people because they are sacrificing our defense and our country. What do you think?
