- As Markos noted, Tancredo was eligible to serve in Vietnam and was a supporter of the war, but received a deferment after “he went for his physical, telling doctors he’d been treated for depression.” After Tancredo left, Markos went on to say that Republicans are “terrified of government programs that work” because it threatens the myths they have...

Bravo Tom! That's the thing with these left winged loons....they attack personal character and do the name calling thing rather than coming up with legitimate information or facts or personal first hand experience. Bravo Tom for showing us this person refused to correct his disrespectful shot at you by apologizing...you left him stuttering with a tired excuse for an argument.View thread
0-bama now has put our troops in harms way in Afghanistan, and Taliban radicals are attacking our guys from Pakistan, and our guys hands are tied from fighting back...Because of 0bama's love for the Islamic world, he doesn't know what tactic to take with fighting the radical Muslims. -So he DOES NOTHING....
One thing is for sure: he doesn't give a rip about our troops:
Obama gave a "shout out" and bloviated for 3 minutes, before addressing the situation at Ft. Hood. Even NBC Chicago said his response was "Insensitive"

At the event, a Tribal Nations Conference hosted by the Department of Interior's Bureau of Indian affairs, the president thanked various staffers and offered a "shout-out" to "Dr. Joe Medicine Crow -- that Congressional Medal of Honor winner." Three minutes in, the president spoke about the shooting, in measured and appropriate terms. Who is advising him?..."

-and the response to 0bama in the first video shows the guys in the military knows he doesn't really respect them.
-But I suppose I should have expected that.
Let's see Obama administration has ordered an additional 17,000 troops into Afganistan in February 2009. That's just slightly less than the 20,000 surge troops ordered into Iraq. Matter of FACT: The Bush administration had refused General David McKiernan request for troop incresae in October of 2008.
I guess you supported the rush to invade Iraq, then ignoring known weapons caches, so that the troops could guard the oil fields. I guess you choose to ignore that the explosive and weapons that were left un guardd, have been effective in killing and wounding thousand of our troops.
So by all means, lets rush another decision.
