Republican States take more government benefits than they pay in taxes.. Is it possible that some of 47% of Americans that do not pay taxes live in Red States and vote republican?

Added fun: Paul Ryan's college tuition was paid with Social Security Entitlements he received due to the death of his father.

Paul Ryan is a 47% LEECH.

Now lets all pick out the LEECH states.. Hmmmmm Ooo looks like Mississippi and Alabama are quite the little bloodsuckers, huh. Mitch McConnell's State of Kentucky is full of leeches too.
