You haven't paid any of mine as I pay my own and then some. Not only do I pay throughout the year, I get to add some to my filing in April. At the same time, there are some who pay very little throughout the year then get it all back, and in some cases more than they put in, when filing in April. Unless we forget, some of those same ones get a monthly amount throughout the year as well.

Of course of course, I completely believe that you pay your taxes. /Sarcasm

I don't. I support Obama although I would like socialized medicine with a single-payer system (get rid of insurance "rapists" companies) and I like a military that isn't owned by fat cats--they are often crazy, and I think the Veteran Affairs is a good system that needs some wrinkles ironed out. I've never been a socialist, but that would be preferable to RWNJs.

Your chart only goes up to 2006. Take it up to 2008 and the "Dubya years" exceed all of the previous years on the chart. Obama is right on schedule to surpass him ! Presidents up to Bush Sr. can be excused for some of their excess because those were mostly years of prosperity and some inflation. Clinton got somewhat of a handle on it and then all out war was declared upon the American people and the economy.

take it to 2009 and you'd need a chart 4x taller than it currently is.
