Republican Bill Kristol Admits Bush Broke Economy – Obama Is Fixing It!

If Bush was still President today, America would be doing much better. First of all Obama has, most of Bush's policies still in place. Obama has far outspent President Bush. The deficit has grown tremendously, anyone could have done what Obama did. To say that Obama is saving America is a total lie.

Republican will love to erase Bush/Dick part of american history.

That Phony Deficit Clock at the Republican Convention was a TOTAL CROCK and Big Lie. Bush DID NOT PUT 2 WARS, Prescription Drug Plan, TAX BREAK ON THE BOOKS.

President Obama put all of this on the Books to show the Country what kind of DEFICIT HOLE THE Country was IN.

If this President had run up that kind of Deficit, I don't think we would have a Jobs Problem.

BTW what do you mean cyrstal admits? For better or worse the president always gets the blame for the economy. If it's good he gets the blame for it. Look at clinton. He got blamed for the good economy of the '90's and had little if anything to do with it. When he sic his unjust department on microsoft the economy kinda got a little shaky.He had a republican congress which kept things going pretty good. They should have kept the same attitude when we got a republican prez..........

Last two years of dubya's admin he had a democrat congress and the economy tanked, bush got blamed for it. In a since rightly so since 2005 dubya did everything he could to discourage the conservative base. Did a pretty good job...............

I wonder how he is fixing it? Unemployment is higher. Debt is trillions more. Little or no job growth. BTW. Congress and the Senate approve spending for the nation. When Pelosi and Reid took control of the Senate and Congress, the economy started to slow and on the downward trek.

Except, President Bush didn't break the economy. It was senator obama and his fellow democrats in congress that did.

Yes I do. Do you remember the hundreds of billions of dollars spent on a war and that does not include the healthcare costs of our returning wounded vets. We started a war against a guy we put in power that had nothing to do with 911 and before we stuck our noses in it Iran was at war with Iraq. Do you remember the greed of Halliburton's no bid contracts and the money that some how came up missing. Oh yes I remember. They could get money fast enough so they started borrowing it from China and stealing out of Social Security.

The cost of botht eh wars in Iraq and Afghanistan over the course of 11 years is less than what obama had added to the national debt each year he's been in office.

Actually, yes. It wasn't the war that caused the mess. We were recovering nicely after the attacks on 9/11 and during the wars. They didn't cause the economic meltdown.

Don't get me wrong The people that attacked us on 911 need to pay but it was not Iraq? we had them bottled up with sanctions.

Iraq was not bottled up. Saddam was still funding terrorism with the money generated from the oil for "food" program.
Not only that, but saddam wasn't adhering to the cease fire agreement. In that, he was doing everything he could to prevent us from knowing the disposition of his WMD's.
That was why the un passed resolution 1441. Reluctantly, though because many on the security council were being paid through kickbacks from the oil for '"food" program to look the other way.
Our invasion put the kibosh on that program. And that was good. Many higher-ups in France and Germany were making a killing by selling rancid food and expired medicines at top prices to saddam.

That's the great confusion. We didn't go to war with Iraq twice. We just continued the first one because he didn't adhere to the cease fore agreement.
We did go after those that attacked us on 9/11. That's what Afghanistan was about.
