"Repeal and Replace" Big Government.

Javimendo 2010/04/05 16:03:21
"The early battle cry of “Repeal and Replace!” has become stuck in a few Republican throats."

Let's hold Republican's feet to the fire of the peoples wrath; If not, they will shrink back into their shells and allow Obamacare the light of day.

There's "...apprehension that an uncompromising push for repeal will alienate moderate and independent voters in otherwise winnable states."

"It’s true that the GOP cannot completely dedicate itself to the repeal of one piece of legislation for the next three years. Instead, they should dedicate themselves to slaying the blasphemous, rotting leviathan that gave birth to ObamaCare, and whose tentacles are visibly squeezing the life out of the American economy.

Big Government is a parasite that is more than willing to kill its host. Ordinary people are beginning to see it for what it is. They understand that something is terribly wrong with their government. Now is the time to explain the origins of this leviathan, and put ObamaCare in its proper context… as the final, absurd contortions of a philosophy that acts in complete ignorance, and sometimes outright contempt, for what free people can achieve.

Behold the toxic wonder of a bill that forces people to buy a product that it will also cause a shortage of."

It's time to wipe out 100 years of progressive legislation and the total disregard of our constitution. Let's start with Obamacare and then vote out the progressive socialist elites in November.

I love the repeal and replace but some good things are in the bill--replace is what we need! Health care bill is not about health care per Howard Dean--it was about income redistribution--as we were saying--dems don't care about the people getting health care!

Part of the problem is that the government is subcontracting everything out and it costs more that way. It's the evil people we keep putting into office.

There are too many low lifes out there who don't know where all that free stuff comes from. They are the bottom feeders who have nowhere to go but up.

Trust me the low lifes know how to get all the free stuff. I am talking about the people who are down on their luck right now and need help. That's what the system was set up to do not support people for life.

These are the "majority" of lazy-ass voters that we support through welfare. A "free lunch" attracts them like mierda does flies.

Until 2012 repeal isn't feasible because we would need 2/3 of the congress to override President Obama's veto!
I do believe that the new Congress could defend those parts which Americans find abhorrent!

It's not just health care reform (which is NOT about healthcare) it's about everything our government does. This is just a means of getting money to support things like the SEIU thugs and whatever else BO wants to use the money for. Our government is not about the people anymore. It's only about buying the people BO needs to further his agenda. It doesn't care about your race, color, creed or religion or station in life (well maybe ONE religion and we all know what that is) but it is about controlling and eventually deleting anything that stands in the way of whatever it is these people plan to do. I get it - I know a lot of you get it - for those who don't get it - hope it isn't the shock to you it was to me when you finally do get it - meaning when you also are on the receiving end..

Repeal the bill, replace it with free market principles, and then replace any member that gets in the way of the first two. Then we can begin the real work of dismantling this entire unconstitutional welfare state.

While I don't believe in a welfare state we do need a safety net especially with so many people out of work. I think they need to rethink the ways they are trying to put people back to work. Lets get back the job corps...

The Obama administration speaks of jobs but the stimulus has been a failure, the Health Care Legislation will kill jobs and new taxes will drive the knife into the remaining worker's heart! Barry is just a job killer!

A person should have to prove they had a steady job and lost it to get welfare.

There are times when people need help. If a wife and the kids are abandoned, someone gets sick or losses their jobs. Welfare was set up for a good reason but has been abused to become a way of life.

Forget the parties, this Obamacare is going to be forced on people no matter their party affiliation or political beliefs. The concern is for them and what is being forced on them. This bill should have never been passed by either party with a mandatory of you have to take Health Care or be fined or go to jail, That is not what the American people wanted or expected to have this type of a command on their private lives. They wanted a health reform they could afford if and when they chose to purchase it. Being forced is not constitutional, you should have the right to choose for yourself, like the demos believe in Pro Choice for women, it should be Pro choice on health care as well for all Americans..
