Rep. Kelly's Rousing Floor Speech Receives Standing Ovation and Chants of "USA!"

The key thing here is this. Regulations are necessary in proper context such as regulating safety at a work site. But given that authority, legislators who don't know the first damn thing about working at a work site because they've never held a blue collar job in their lives get involved so that it bogs down the process and numerous regulations are created which make absolutely no sense. In the example given by Representative Kelly about the ballpark, because mirrors in the bathroom were not placed at the regulated height, they would not be allowed to open the ballpark without spending additional money to have people come in to set the mirrors where they meet government regulations.

So where do these stupid regulations come from?

Someone goes to a ballpark and has to use the restroom. He goes to look at himself in a mirror and has to stoop a little because he's a bit tall. The game goes badly and angry that his team lost, the guy gets pissed and writes his state Congressman who has never been to a ballpark nor does he even understand the situation. Because he doesn't know anything about the situation and is out of touch with the common man / woman, the Congressman takes the complaint seriously and adds it to legislation. Negotiating to get the legislation passed, they create 1300 pages to explain something that could be explained in 4 pages. They do this purposefully because they know nobody is going to read that many pages of legislation and after the legislation passes, we the people have to deal with it.

And like Rep Kelly said, it's not Republican or Democrat, it's not right or left... this stupidity affects us all and it is a direct result of Americans voting for candidates with no leadership ability, all we care about is beating the other side and leadership ability often isn't even a deciding factor in how we vote. This encourages con men to enter politics because they don't actually need to know what they are doing, they just need to know what lies to tell us to win our votes.

you should keep those negative stands to yourself! I understand that the margin of reversing the process is very slim, but the foundation is about to slip out from under the establishment, and this is what you can take to the bank, there are millions of people that are not going to turn over their firearms, there are millions of people that want change, there are millions of people that want to see an end to the multi billion dollar corporate influence. Iceland threw out their monarchs, indicted the private banking systems, and now they are a booming economy. It takes positive thinking, determination, and a serious motivated group.RP is the inspiration, we are the movement. Whether a RP fan or not, the power lies within the minds of the people. The convention in Tampa next month would be a great opportunity to maximize our numbers, and organize our mission. Not even gonna have to be violent. Just relentless. Be prepared for a game changer next month tho. And be even more prepared to rise with your fellow Americans to dismantle the establishment, especially if they have the nerve to give Obama another term when we all know it wont be a duly elected official this time, but by way of fraud. If anyone believes in November that he was really reelected then you have not been paying attention to his approval and polls in free fall! NOBAMA NOT NOW NOT EVER! He is merely a figment of our imagination, and if we ignore him and do not entertain his power grabs, perhaps we will be able to remain USA now and after the election. When I say dont entertain the power grab, dont go out in the streets in violent protest and civil disobedience, thats what they want us to do so he can cancel the election by way of martial law
