Rep. Gohmert Calls for Justice Kagan’s Impeachment ?

Texas Rep. Louie Gohmert called the U.S. Supreme Court’s ruling on Obamacare
“illegitimate” and said Justice Elena Kagan should be impeached because she
served as U.S. Solicitor General when the law was passed.
“Either she was totally derelict and negligent in her duties as Solicitor
General and had absolutely nothing to do with the most important bill to the
president, her boss, or she did have something to do with it.
“She has
violated federal law, and as such she needs to be removed from the Supreme
Court.”
As such, Gohmert said, her casting a vote in support of the Affordable Care Act
made the 5-4 decision “illegitimate.”
“This decision would be
illegitimate if she lied in order to get onto the court,” he
said.
