I'll stick with regular math and fact based world views, thanks.

I'm not sure of what you are even talking about. Math is a part of God';'s nature. The old concept that "what goes around comes around" is true/
Should these days be America's final ones then it will be because God saw America and found her wanting. If the crush of America's renewal in God's Power. Obama and the Boys are in serious trouble.

Okay, I'll explain. Some religious whack-jobs are trying to say that 1+1=2 isn't true if God doesn't want it to be true, and can equal whatever the Creationist (religious whack-job) wants it to equal, because God will want it to equal that JUST for them.

They are actually trying to say that things like evolution, gravity, history and mathematics are "evil" and "works of Satan" and should be ignored by good "god fearing" church goers.

    What's divine mathematics?

in God Mathematics, 1+1 = Whatever the Creationist claims God wants it to be.

Fair enough. But I don't think anything can change the laws of mathematics...

Remember that these people think their god can freely violate all known laws, including morality and physics (Murder is okay as long as God says it is and God can violate the laws of physics whenever He wants)

The laws of mathematics are eternal - God could reverse gravity, but He couldn't make 1+1=3 without destroying the universe.

Remember the mentality you're dealing with here.
Or maybe I should say, the mental disorder.

Watched the video and I'm still scratching my head wondering what these two clowns point was, outside of the garden variety mockery of religion regardless of denomination.

Fact is, they cannot dispute that abstinence has not produced one 'inconvenient' child, and still cannot come up with an explanation for any living organism or the slightest speck of matter.

These 'critical thinkers' cannot accept that there are more than a few things that are beyond our comprehension and they don't have the magic answer for everything just because another clown in a tweed jacket claims it's so.

After all, the so-called academics hold their diplomas hostage until the students regurgitate in synchronization.

Teaching pedagogy now recognises that young people have many different learning styles and that the majority do not respond to "proscriptive learning" and need to be able to understand why something is in order to remember it.

Given that elementary mathematics form the building blocks from which we all base more complex problem solving, it is even more important that the principles are understood rather than learned by rote.

Sounds like a backward step to me...

Wait a minute...you don't need to know the concept behind why 2+2=4?

    LOL!!!!

Wouldn't this be an example de-evolution?
