Regardless of the consequences, has the Obama campaign blatantly, unquestionably broken the law relative to its connection to the anti-Romney, Super PAC ad about the death of Joe Soptic's wife?

It sure seems like it. They should "send a message" and fine Obama $500 million (the cost of Solyndra).

I do believe that he did. But is there enough evidence to prove it in a courtroom.. I am sometimes in shock at the evidence that a Judge will not allow in court. They already had a court say that it was okay to lie in political ads.

You act surprised? Oh, please. Spare me the drama. The only thing that "surprises" me is that a "common" man would allow himself to be used like Soptic is doing and knowing the true details as the man obviously does. Obama is not going to be harmed very much at all with this blatant attempt to paint Romney as some evil entity because Soptic is going to be the ultimate scapegoat. Meanwhile, although the truth eventually may creep into the brains of some Obama supporters, there will still remain diehard Obama sheep who will totally ignore the facts and believe every despicable word in that ad, thus garnering yet more sure votes for him.

The Democrats are beginning to embarrass me big time. Where are the once ethical, patriotic Democrats today? Why are you permitting these animals to destroy what used to be a noble political party? Are you so steeped in a Hatfield-McCoy feud that you would actually vote to put Obama back in the White House for four more years just to spite the Republican party?

Hello, people, this is no longer a laughing matter. Stop with the political rhetoric, the "good old boy" networks and the misplaced loyalties. Voting for Obama is not preserving the once-honorable Democratic party, people, it is fostering the growth of a new communist regime ...

It just shows how desperate the man is. Its all a lie and he knows it, but his bama sheeple will continue to believe without checking it out.
Romney left Bain in the late 90's. The man was laid off in 2001 and his wife died 5 years later. Why would that be Romney's fault.
How many people have been laid off since bama became pres? Maybe someone has died since then and its bama's fault

Plus the man was offered insurance for his wife at his new job, but declined it as she was working and had her own insurance. The man is a liar and a tool for an administration that is filled with professional liars.

That man should be sued for defamation of character. He should be ashamed of himself for using his wife's death in such a horrible lie. I'd like to kick his butt!

That too, but I think this one refers to the law that says PACs and Political campaigns, in this case 0bama, can not have any contact with one another and plan the ads the PACs
presents. This clearly was a violation of that law.

And 0bama has a history of dirty tactics...... he has never won a campaign without
using accusations of racism and dirty tricks. I learned this while I was working
in the Hillary campaign and seeing how they smeared her and WJC. Can anyone
in their right mind, even if you hate the Clintons, believe that Bill and Hillary
are racists.... this the man Toni Morrison called the "first black POTUS". But
I just didn't form my conclusions on the 2008 primary race........I looked at
his history of political campaigns, and it was eye opener.

Funny thing is was that Hillary was right! She PROPHETICALLY questioned how Obama was going to get Congress to work together. Hell, he couldn't get ONE vote for his budget! He makes Lyndon Johnson look like "The Miracle Worker", that, or that Civil Rights was easier to pass than a budget! Yeah, that whole distortion of her MLK Jr comment pissed me off! They are doing to Mitt, EXACTLY what they did to Hillary. The Press was NOT fair with her either--- although they are worse to Romney. Too bad Obama didn't point out how MLK Jr owed his success to those who paid taxes and created the roads- (sarcasm)- that his success was not his own! Obama's presidency is a ongoing lawyer's closing statement, getting people to judge him only on looks and what he says, not on content. If they judged him on content, he would have never gotten elected.

I worked for Hillary, and they were probably more harsh to her than
they are of Romney now, is she was the best person to be POTUS,
and they went out to prove that she and Bill were racists. Does
anyone really believe they are racists, esp. Bill, who was called the
first Black POTUS............Ole Toni Morrison denied that she meant that............
BS. But in following the primaries closely and actually doing the
research the LSM refused to do to vet him, I knew back then
that he has never won a political campaign without using race for
political gain and dirty tricks, like getting the Democrat corrupt
administration in Chicago to open up SEALED divorce papers..............

We are seeing that again in his campaign against Romney.....
