To the "rave whore" jerks, thanks for calling me a rave whore. I hope you are happy now that a racist blog is number one on the site. You make me sick.

(Update: That stupid blog is now off the front page of the hot list after a week. I guess there are more racists on SH than I thought! Oh well, my protest is over and I am back! Suck on that my haters! lol And to my friends, thank you for your support!)

WTF? How is race something to be "proud" of? It's not like anyone has any control over what race they are. How can someone even be "proud" of something that required absolutely no action on their part whatsoever?

i think it is great when people take pride in whatever uniqueness they have.

I didn't like when they used it is this way. After all, they were sent to participate
in the 0lympics as Americans.

And this kind of PRIDE is devisive and preaches hate as well:

This kind of pride is OK because these people have pride in a football team; they are not preaching hate or divisiveness. That is so different than what the NBPP preaches.

I mean set an example (be the change), refuse to call people racist names, and encourage others to do the same (pay it forward, a saying from the movie "Pay it forward" meaning you go first instead of waiting for others to go first). no blacks, no whites, no hispanics, just people. one race, the human race.

I had great hopes that would be the norm when 53% of the voters
elected the first Black POTUS, but instead race has become more
of an issue. Those names are being used freely and disparagingly
for anyone who does not agree with the current administration. It
is a tragedy for America, and the shame of it is it is all politics.
How sad for us.

I agree skin color itself is meaningless but I personally don't care one way or another if people want to be proud of their skin color. What bothers me is that it seems to be okay for everyone but white people to be proud of their skin color.
