Here's a link to the Veterans Retraining Assistance Program.

This program will pay unemployed veterans under 60 the Montgomery GI Bill rate of $1485/mo for a year to go back to school for retraining. I applied in the middle of May and just got my approval letter from the VA. This is for ALL Military Veterans, but you have to apply quickly since thy'e only giving it to the first 50,000 vets this round and another 40,000 in October. More info at the webpage link above.
