Why impeach the Obama administration? (btw, you can't "impeach" an administration but you can vote them out of office). They didn't write or pass the Patriot Act. The act came out of the Bush administration (and the fevered minds of the idiot neo-conmen hanging out at the American Enterprise Institute) and was passed by a feckless and clueless bi-partisan Congress in 2002 during the mindless lead-up to the moronic debacle popularly known as the 2003 Iraq War.

First of all, please explain what a "Constitutional person" might be.

And secondly, it is of no consequence in a democratic republic - in which the highest offices are occupied by civilians voted in by the people - whether the military trusts them or not. It is the military's duty to obey their civilian leaders, not to make judgements about their "trustworthiness.

When I was serving in the army, my job, as spelled-out clearly in the Constitution, was not to question my president but to obey his orders - whether I liked them or not. I was in during the Vietnam War. I hated the war, thought it was a monstrous calamity, hated all the blood and death and destruction but, as a soldier, I had no right to question or disobey military orders (unless I was willing to pay a serious penalty).

Many young Americans did refuse their orders to be inducted into the military and many active duty soldiers refused duty in 'Nam, even some soldiers already in 'Nam refused certain orders they thought were illegal or immoral and paid the penalty for it (I admired many of those men for acting on their conscience).

As a civilian/citizen, I have every right to question the actions and policies of my president, Congress, the Courts and the military leadership but not as a soldier.

Someone not breaking Constitutional laws technically first. I would go further by saying acting in the spirit of the Constitution.

See you're point. It's also duty to defend against domestic enemies. What if a President like Bush is a domestic enemy? I wrote letters to Obama and Holder to get him and Cheney investigated for warcrimes (although treason may be more fitting).

I personally understand but also very much dislike 'Befehl ist befehl.' Admire people who follow their conscience even if they get punishment very much too.

Do you think this political system really gives a chance to outsiders of the two party system who are not corrupted by special interests such as Wall Street and the Military Industrial Complex (both enormous war profiteers (banks through increased gov debt enslavement and Trillions interest/tax extortion for only creating computer debt money out of thin air))?
