Obviously he is planning for votes from illegals. Legal means nothing to him, and in this he is completely bypassing Congress, which makes him at least as illegal and any.

I'm not at all sure about the process, but assume that first it goes to a grand jury, which *should* indict, then to trial, and finally to sentence. The birth certificate would be one of several issues, and perhaps the worst of those would be Obama swearing his false oath of office... going back to Day One.

And then of course are the certifications provided to each state, I think most signed by Nancy Pelosi, which will serve to expand the fraud charges greatly.

a. IF the House can impeach, it should, but they seem to not have the desire and probably won't. But if the House should impeach, Harry Reid can end up looking like the villain.
b. A trial for Treason is not at all the same thing, and would be much much more than a slap on the hand.
