Rude, arrogant, snobbish, pretentious and out of touch with the American people. He's not qualified to be president.

Don't let your local grocery store attendants know you think of them as welfare cases; they might refuse to serve you and you'd have to eat crow.

I don't know that he's rude or even arrogant. He's definitely out of touch and most definitely privileged. But, that's what happens when you're born with a silver spoon up your ass.

Good point. FDR and JFK were born to great wealth. The difference is that they used their wealth and privilege to raise the lower and middle classes. FDR was criticized for being a traitor to his class. He could have cut all funding for the needy and fought for tax breaks for the one percent; but he didn't.

The same goes for JFK. He could have lived a life of leisure. He didn't have to concern himself with civil rights. But he did.

That's the difference between benevolence and greed. Which type of leader do you want?

According to liberals, Romney is filthy rich and therefor would be taking a huge pay cut as president in service to our Country. That's benevolence. Besides, it's a given, more people will have the security of jobs under Romney.
  • Dogman Bureauc... 2012/08/04 00:49:41
    Dogman
Wrong again. While Romney is filthy rich, he is currently unemployed. Even unemployed his investments earn him $57,000 per day. That would not change if he became president. In fact, he would do everything possible to give the very wealthiest Americans even more advantages than they already have - if that's even possible. There is nothing benevolent about Mittens - he's in it for the money.

Your assumption that more people will have jobs is also erroneous. There is no evidence to suggest that at all.

I didn't find his comments to be bad. All legitimate concerns. I don't get what the big deal is. However... after the Olympics has been on for the last couple of days, I can certainly see some problems they are running into. Hopefully they will get them "ironed out" like Mitt Romney says happens.

Thanks Steve for providing us with ten good reasons to vote for the skinny kid that was
    1) schooled in an Indonesian Islamic Madrassa,
    2) dumped off by his foot-loose mom onto HER parents as she skipped off to play "shack-up" with whomever in her various globe trotting flings,
    3) while the elderly grand’s sent him off to various private schools where he smoked dope, "did some blow" and hung out with radical Marxist commies
    4) where he adopted a radical world view of greedy, lazy, white Americans that pillaged wealth from the world.
    5) Yeah, we need to vote for the guy that never started a business,
    6) never signed the front of a paycheck,
    7) never balanced a budget (even today)
    8) never hired or fired any private sector employees and
    9) never had to face paying salaries, rent, supplies and over-head with revenue that didn't total expenses.
    10) A guy that got elected by having his hit men knock off the competition by intimidation, voter challenges and dirt slinging so that the opposition candidates would fold their tent and leave before the election. We need a guy that calls working in the private sector "working behind enemy lines" and that they didn't build their own businesses. Yup, that's the guy we need to vote for.

Milton, please note that Steve did point out that Barry had complete Democrat control of Congress for 55% of his term... and still has a Democrat controlled Senate where none of the 30+ job creating bills that the House has sent up there have been allowed to be debated, much less voted on by the Senate.

I guess you think its more fun to vote for Obama whose likes to lie and make up his stories and pretends to like this country with American values. My wife from Kansas, read the different perceptives about his mom's family in Wichita from old neighbood of his mom's Many of old neighood of his moms remember the family into Communist phiolophy, which was why his mom was attracted to his father, from Kenya, who shared the same philosphy.

You're welcome. A vote for Gary Johnson will be regarded as a lost one.. I will vote for a Republican since I agree on limited government. Though, we need to get rid of stalled, stubborn, dishonest politicans on both sides, also need to get the Washington D.C culture changed. A good fight is to get a term limit on Congress, two terms like President. I believe the Libertarian party will be doubled to 50% and have libertarian vote as important one along Republican and Democrat parties in 20 years. Right now it is growing at 25% nationwide in Libertarians and Libertarian are big in Missouri.

Steve, waht you just posted about Romney is the exact opposite of liberals democrats.
He is a man that made his own fortune, he has been married to the same woman, he don't, drink, don't smoke, and never done drugs. Therin lies the reason liberals hate him he's too good a man to be president, after all didn't they elect an imposter, and believe all his lies?
You have to be a scum bag to be liked by the media and the democrats.
