We already do, they are called Pharmacies.

A resolution to give the power back to the States in regards to drug laws is hardly making them legal.

Im not against the legalization of Marijuana I am however against cocaine being easily available. I dont want to see children exposed to a crack pipe. You might think is fine I however do not.

Uh - I hate to be the bearer of bad news here, but all the drugs a re legal. You simply need a prescription to get them. Besides, 300% more Americans die from prescription narcotics than from all other illegal narcotics combined.

You have just as much right to support your principles as the next person. Regardless of whether or not I agree - I wouldn't deem in insane simply for having a differing perspective. Something you may want to think about.

Nevertheless, Prohibition is a quintessentially 'progressive' policy. Appears we've come full circle.
