Here is the thing, people are stupid, and easily manipulated. They make judgements about certain issues before they get all of the facts. People never did question about how these White House Puppets are going to keep the promises that they made. Instead, these Puppets preach Jingoist speeches, and the crowd falls for it. Never questioning, where they are going to get the money to support their promises, or when they make tax cuts to the corporations, where are they going to get the rest of the money that is cut from the corporations (of course the middle class and lower class) in order to meet their their goals.

It is ironic, isn't it? So much of liberalism is based on Christian morality yet many people think the religious right is violating the separation of church and state. As an agnostic, it is so funny that current liberalism is based on biblical morality while current liberals condemn Christianity.
When FDR was asked about his political philosophy he answered: "I am a Christian and a Democrat". When Obama asks for "fairness" and higher taxes on the rich he bases it on biblical teachings. It is no coincidence that Marx came from a long line of rabbis. It is no coincidence that the most religious countries in Europe are precisely those countries suffering from overextended welfare systems and are going broke: Portugal, Ireland, Italy, Greece, and Spain. All Christian countries.
