Michael Savage is seriously ill with a mental disorder. It must be something to do with the gene pool because he was adopted and not a natural child of Ron, Nancy, or Jane. There is a story about him being adopted and put into a boarding school. When Reagan went to visit he asked one little boy what is name was and the poor little thing answered," But I'm Michael." I know not the truth of that story but it might explain why he does not resemble anyone else in that family in either looks or temperament.
it show you have no clue , what your talking about! , so because he conservative he got mental disorder? Wrong! only liberal have mental disorder!
Dr. Michael Savage is a multimedia icon in the conservative movement, heard by 10 million listeners a week on “The Michael Savage Show” and syndicated across the U.S. in more than 300 markets. He is also the author of 25 books, including four New York Times best-sellers. In 2007, his media presence and profile earned him the coveted “Freedom of Speech Award” from Talkers Magazine.
His passion to unearth the truth about liberalism, borders, language and culture, and his unparalleled stand for America’s families, has made him the most important figure in the fight for free speech and ideals in America today.
I would not call it so much that as I would call it both short-sided and unrealistic. Democrats do their best to paint their republican adversaries as reactionaries who live in the past. Really? Because from an economic standpoint nobody is more backwoods and ignorant of the future than the DNC is. Their policies reflect a post WWII America, not a 21st century America. Their supposed "visionary" leader and his idiotic polices are nothing new to anyone with an appropriate knowledge of history. They have failed in the past and they will continue to do so. The only real question is the length of time before total collapse.
Not the that republicans are much better, they just embrace (at a much higher level) the types of initiatives that have proven to be effective, economically speaking. The economy is by far the most critical issue in the upcoming election cycle. Gays, immigration, and the like are parlor tricks in an attempt to deflect from the pertinent issue. The US needs its industries to step up, expand, and create jobs. That is a difficult prospect with taxes, regulations, and other efforts which stymy growth, all under the guise of "help the middle class" and "tax the rich".
Sure, let’s not focus on how we can come to a consensus on what needs to be done to fix the problems; let’s continue to bash each other over the heads because, obviously, that yields great results. That makes you smarter than a liberal, doesn't it?
We think differently …there’s a shocker! Some of that is genetically driven …equally shocking!
This poll gives quite a bit of credibility to the findings of a Brock University study, which shows that people with low intelligence are attracted towards socially conservative ideology.
From the article:
"The research finds that children with low intelligence are more likely to hold prejudiced attitudes as adults. These findings point to a vicious cycle, according to lead researcher Gordon Hodson, a psychologist at Brock University in Ontario. Low-intelligence adults tend to gravitate toward socially conservative ideologies, the study found. Those ideologies, in turn, stress hierarchy and resistance to change, attitudes that can contribute to prejudice, Hodson wrote in an email to LiveScience."
That was helpful, wasn't it? Science is a slippery slope. Respect and moderation might be worth consideration. I realise that's not in keeping with popular culture, still ....
These people call themselves patriots …they don’t know the meaning of the word. When you imply an American has no right to his/her own thoughts and beliefs, you’ve discounted everything that is ostensibly great about this nation. Is that the America they want? I don’t know what you call that, but it’s not patriotism. Patriotism starts in the heart of a man (if he’s got one): “All for one and one for all!”, “United we stand, divided we fall!” THAT is the heart of a nation.
I suppose it's much more entertaining to rip each other to shreds than to work together to find common ground. I hate to say it, but if that's what we've reduced ourselves to, we may as well give up now.
As a former liberal, I find this ridiculous. If you could see my family, you would know the "racist" moniker is complete B.S. But, as a realistic thinker, I realize that it is not possible through liberal ideology, esp. when the liberals are giving our country away to people who come here through illegal means. Do you suggest that my I.Q. has dropped because I now hold a conservative viewpoint? My viewpoint has changed because I look around the world and see that other countries look out for their citizens first. Try going to other industrialized nations through illegal means and see how that works out for you. Yet, in the U.S.A. if you come here illegally, you have no worries, because you have bleeding heart liberals who will give the country to you on a silver platter. You don't want to learn English? No problem. (Try doing that in another industrialized country--not learning their language and think you are going to find a job). There is an unrealistic model in this country that is not sustainable. Perhaps because I live in CA and see how the illegals have destroyed so many of our systems: healthcare, education and employment, that I have come to this conclusion. I never arrived at my conclusions based on race. Indeed I voted for Barack Obama and even volunteered for his campaign. How very racist of me. I would like LiveScience to do this same experiment on people have gone from liberalism to conservatism.
If you were to read the results of that research (which you clearly have NOT done), you’d see the report does not claim that all conservatives are of low intelligence; the findings were that two groups of children (round about the age of 10) who were found to be of low intelligence tended to hold socially conservative ideology as adults. There are also some suggestions as to why this might be the case. I've provided the link if you're interested in understanding. You might try actually reading a post before you respond. FYI: LiveScience had nothing to do with the research, which was conducted by Brock University in Ontario, Canada; they simply reported the findings.
That said, you seem to have missed the point entirely. I'll leave you and your brain with the task of sussing it out.
The article is about there being a correlation between low IQs and racism and that leads to conservative thinking. I read this (or a similar article) when it came out. It was in the news if you remember and believe me it was passed around by my liberal friends, who like to teach that you must be racist to be conservative, which is what studies like this want you to believe. My point was that this research must be biased and skewed, because they are not taking into account people who go from liberalism to conservatism. It has nothing to do with IQ no matter how many "scientific" studies they try to pass off as research.
William M. Briggs, STATISTICIAN TO THE STARS, debunks Brock University. That’s cute. HAHA
Really …you must be joking.
Wonder how he feels about e=mc². You should ask.
But you’re STILL missing the entire point. I haven’t really made a secret of it. You could find it if you wanted, but you’re too busy launching counter-measures against an attack that was never made.
As I say, this is a matter between you and your brain. If you don’t get it this time round, I’d suggest you just let it go.
Not joking. Nope and you are being disingenous by trying to discredit PROFESSOR Briggs, adjunct professor of statistics at Cornell Univerity as being less educated than scientists from socialist Canada's Brock University. Further, you didn't read his article. All you did was look at "statistician to the stars" and make your ridiculous assumptions. And then make the argument that I'm missing the entire point. you haven't made a secret of "your point"-- that is what is wrong with you liberals. You have absolutely no argument (the premise you were originally posting is that those with lower IQs are racist and conservative, or at least that's what your "scientific" article theorized and now that I am stating that this is bunk, you're getting all upset and trying to use your "higher intellect" to belittle me and say I am missing your point that you have not made clear, if there is indeed any other point. That's okay, because conservatives are not as stupid as you think and can read between the lines.
The thing about science is that there is good science, and then there is bad. This poll, like most, is backed by very very nonsensical science. Liberals are risk takers and maybe more intellectually curious. I will give you that. Conservatives stick to a system of free markets and limited government that has worked since our nation's birthdate. There is a place for both as risk taking can lead to failures which the conservative naturally protect against.
Well there is a really good way to deal with a liberal but it's illegal to kill them so making their brains explode with reason and logic should be enough.lol
Well I'm just saying, since killing isn't an option might as well use logic and reason, I would have added the truth to that list except liberals don't know what that is.
I’m a bona fide liberal, through and through. You won’t find any flaws in my reasoning or facts.
You see, you’re part of the problem I’m trying to point out. You believe I don’t have the right as an American citizen to think as I do, so you demonise me: I must have no sense of reason or integrity and I may even deserve to be killed for it. But the truth is, my brain functions on an entirely different level to yours and you don’t understand it. That doesn’t make me illogical or dishonest; it simply makes me different from you. You should see your comments from my point of view, or maybe not. HAHA Vive la difference!
You don’t have to like me; couldn’t care less, but make no mistake about it, I AM here, and I’m far from the only one. You’re just going to have to come to grips with that. As you’ve mentioned, despite your fondest (compassionate conservative) desire, you CAN’T kill us, but how utterly American of you to have considered it. Give yourself a pat on the back!
Liberals give less than conservatives. 30% as a mater of fact. Conservatives even give more blood. I want a better life for the poor but instead of giving them a fish I'm going to teach them to fish.
All the rivers and streams are full of mercury due to coal fired power plants that you conservatives have refused to clean up for over 4 decades .Instead of letting the conservatives have tax breaks , Im gonna teach the conservatives how to pay tax.
last election we saw to it that the refreshments at a republican rally had LSD in them it was priceless seeing them in the throes of a powerful LSD trip
With me its a war so I will do what I can to cause confusion or anxiety , its not delusional to use dirty tricks on your enemys. Just like in cosovo we used to strip prisioners and shackle them to chairs ,keep then soaked with ice water and play heavy metal music at 300 dcbls .
