Half the Conservatives on SH are threatening the violent overthrow of our Constitutionally Elected Government. The US Military is killing scum like them in Afghanistan every day.
They are no better than the Taliban or Al Qaeda and should be treated as such.

Liberal Retards haha! "If you don't agree with us, you're racist!" Hey, liberal idiots. That dog just won't hunt any more...
Liberals gather in a corner, laughing in a sinister manner... "We got to up our game! How about instead of 'racist' we go straight to 'Nazi'?"

Maybe it will work for you. Anything to hide the fact that your president is an un-patriotic, Constitution-hating, border-dissolving, apologist loser (like the French during WWII)...

    Hahahahaha! Good job, guys!

It must piss you off that the SCOTUS ruled against you Cons on ObamaCare and immigration.. I know you're not honest enough to admit that though so you can just post your spin reply...

No spin. The majority of Americans are not happy with this UNCONSTITUTIONAL bill but it will be repealed. You see The Constitution clearly states that no one can be FORCED to pay for something that they do not want. This was the biggest Tax Increase bestowed on the Middle Class and so it shall not stand. To punish people for NOT wanting to buy something is what Communist/Socialist countries do. This is NOT how America Rolls so deal with it.

    Have a lovely day.

He doesn't comprehend the difference between something that is forever contained in the Constitution and amendments vs a ruling that can be reversed or a law that can be voided by superseding it with new legislation.

Yes it can be superseded if Congress has the votes but until then is is law and constitutional it would seem even you could grasp that simple concept...

That would all be fine & dandy if that had anything to do with what she asked .
The SCOTUS did in fact rule 9-0 that the Federal govt. does NOT have the authority under the Constitution to force citizens to purchase a product or service.

This may come as a shock but they ruled against the WH attorney's argument for the Commerce Clause, and ruled it was a Tax.

That portion involved MediCaid if I'm correct the mandate part was upheld.. Either way you want to spin it most of the law was upheld.
You can lie or spin it all you want to.. I don't give a rats ass if they said it was a tax or not they upheld that portions of it..
  • Schläue~© mich52 2012/07/06 00:15:17
    Schläue~©
    LAWDY LAWDY LAWDY.... NO

The mandate was shot down 9-0 in relation to the Commerce Clause which is what the WH attorneys were claiming made it Constitutional.
The mandate was allowed as a TAX which falls under the 16th amendment which gave Congress the authority levy taxes on incomes, which 0nozo and the rest of the clown crew kept insisting it was not. Another broken promise and abject LIE.

The Medicaid expansion was ruled down and states do NOT have to participate which will destroy 0bozoTax anyway.
The Federal govt. doesn't have the funds to add all these people onto the State Medicaid roles and pay for it out of taxpayer funds. and with the ruling, cannot force the states to pay for it either..... result..... millions of people hanging in limbo who still don't have any coverage and never will under this plan. They would however have to pay a fine if they didn't come up with something or be hounded by the IRS.

It will be completely de-funded and scrapped in 2013 and a REAL reform law installed to take effect immediately.

    Here you go boy...

The Supreme Court largely upheld President Obama’s health care law, the Affordable Care Act, in a mixed decision. The conservative chief justice, John G. Roberts, joined the majority in affirming the central legislative accomplishment of Mr. Obama’s term.

Chief Justice Roberts ruled that the key provision in question, the so-called individual mandate requiring all Americans to buy insurance or pay a fine, failed to pass constitutional muster under the Commerce Clause, which was the heart of the administration’s arguments in favor of it. But the chief justice declared that the fine amounted to a tax that the government had the power to impose, and that the mandate could survive on that basis.

The decision did significantly restrict one major portion of the law: the expansion of Medicaid, the government health-insurance program for low-income and sick people. The ruling gives states some flexibility not to expand their Medicaid programs, without paying the same financial penalties that the law called for.

As it says the law failed under the Commerce Clause but was UPHELD ( do you understand that word?) as a tax so the Mandate survives that was the Key to the law..... As for the rest of your post its nothing but your assumptions.. Asses make assumption everyday on here.
