Crafton Heights ( they make it sound so elite ) near the west end of pgh.

I have had one tenant stay over 7 years, her mom was with me for over 5 years, and I expect her daughter in a year or two..
damn, 3 generations of welfare queens, they work under the table to hide income to get free stuff..

in Pgh. they are not relocated, they find it hard enuff to find a place , let alone jumping form one to the other.. what they will do is move out once the place is lived in for 4 or 5 years, they get new paint , floors at the new place , I do not paint once the tennant is in,, I make them responsible for any new paint they may want.. they usually stick with the paint on the wall once they find out they have to do some thing for some thing in return.

well , running a gov't is expensive , even if they would be effiecent and spend wisely ( how about that train under the river to the casino ? ) just paying for roads , clean water , sewage , etc, I do not mind paying taxes,
it is the 47 % of people that pay no taxes , and get the free stuff that bothers me,

there is no free lunch, some one always pays,, always..

Yeah, in NY its different. Section 8 makes them move from one place to the next, not allowing them to stay in the same spot. I actually like Pitt's plan.

I'm more in favor of the train running along 375 into Pitt from the airport.
When I lived in DC, I'd work in Manassas and they had a similar train running along 66 into DC from west VA.

I don't think they are going to add any new public transportation in Pitt when they are already taking away bus routes.

and have a fast transit from the airport / moon area would be , IMO , a more cost effective investment ..

the river tunnell was projected to lose millions , this they knew before they built it ,,

so much for the gov't spending my money ... and now they want to be in charge of my health care ? no thanks.

they need to start talking to Suze Orman.

I'd love a train along 375. Think how much traffic that would cut down going into the Fort Pitt tunnel.

Jets.... I grew up in a Rangers house and I'm a fan of the underdogs.
Its hard to be a Ranger fan in Pitt because apparently around here if the Pens are out hockey is over.

On Long Island we have the MTA and even though it doesn't service out as far as I'm from we still pay for it.

I live up in the mountains and there is no, nada, public trans, except a once a day bus. If you cannot drive or have someone get you a taxi, you cannot live here.

That's how it is at the end of Long Island too.
Except we pay the same amount in MTA tax as someone in Queens we just don't get the service.

My inlaws rented rooms and the welfare queen used to go to the shelter to get free clothes, but instead of washing them, she threw them in the trash and got new ones. It is also so hard to get a freeloader out if they do not pay rent.

47% of people do not pay INCOME TAX, they pay all kinds of other taxes.
And some people pay lower taxes than many middle class people. Romney is one.

But it is according to our courts that say medical care cannot be denied in emergency rooms. The question is do we subsidize emergency room treatment with higher costs in the private sector or higher costs in the public sector. The public sector costs appear the cheaper way with care provided before a needed trip to the emergency room.
  • Shae Jimbo 2012/05/16 19:11:54

Yes that's true but atleast when someone enters an emergency room there is some accountability.
If you go to an emergency room you do get medical attention but you are also charged.
Even if you pay $5 a week for the rest of your life you will always have to pay it back.

With free health care there will not be any accountability.
Not only that, it will be like Canada or UK where you have to wait in line to get health care.

No one likes to wait in line, don't believe me, look at all the smiling people at the DMV :)

There was a documentary on Body Dismorphic Disorder and they were interviewing a girl from the UK. She was on a wait list for 2 years to get therapy. In the US she could go to an online school, get a job with health insurance and then get her therapy in less time than this girl is waiting for her socialized medical care to kick in.

wait in line is one thing ,,
I was at doctor to get cortozone ( cut a break w/ spelling ) for a work injury, I called on Friday 11 May , got the appointment for Tuesday 15 May, I had to wait in Dr. office about 45 minutes ... still a wait..( sarcasim to highest level)

2 years,, that is not a wait,, that is hope some thing happens to you , or you just get discusted and stop nagging them , or go to America and get good private health care..

But that's the kind of health care they want..... apparently Europe and Canada are so much better.

I like my health care as it is.. yes , it is expensive , real expensive.

we have the top level of health care, with a minimum co pay..

and I think my payment would be lower if the hospital did not have to take in the free loaders and not get payment from them..

and to answer a question ,before it is asked , what would I do with those that can not pay for hospital care ? do not have answer to that .. but the nurses and doctors that I know personaly , tell me the freeloaders use the hospital emergency room as there personal care doctor ,

    got a cold, hospital emerg.
got a running nose .. hospital emerg.
need a doctor execuse for school ... yep, hospital emerg.

no wonder my insurance is so expensive.. I pay for my family and 2 other welfare queens family also...

I do not mind paying extra for ER care for the poor. Too bad the old-fashioned doc who would let you pay what you could, is a thing of the past. What I don't want is for all to get insurance, paid by us, so that they go in for every little splinter.
