You do know that 32 Million: The estimated number of currently uninsured Americans who will receive coverage under the bill. Just what do you think 32 MILLION added to the list of Doctor's visits will do to the time one has to wait to see those overworked Doctor's?

You are trying to compare apples with elephants.
Many people reading 0 bumacare will not see very
much wrong with it. It is written by lawyers, It will
have a lot of ambiguity in it. There will be things
that are presented as "for your protection" , but
it will open the door for removing more freedom and
controlling you. Ben Franklin I believe it was said,
"Those who are willing to give up a little freedom
for security, deserve neither." And someone said,
"When we give up a freedom for security, we wind
up with neither." 0 bumacare was written by the
enemies of limited government and freedom.

I will be very surprised if 0 bumacare is repealed.
And that bodes very bad for America. 0 bumacare
addresses much more than just healthcare.

0 bumacare is about control, not healthcare.
You don't have to believe that, and many of you will
not believe it, but just wait.

OH MY GAWD....... jcadia, you know NOTHING AT ALL about this plan! There are NO "death panels!" In fact, the only "death panels" are the current insurance companies who don't want you to get the help you need. I BEG you to take the following brief quiz so you can learn about the new law:

I AM A SENIOR. I am a helluva lot more likely to be denied coverage through my healthcare plan now than I will be after the ACA kicks in fully.

Oh - I read your link. Now I know why people like you get all riled up. That is someone's BLOG. It is about 95% opinion/scare tactics and 5% truth.

There will be rationing and that definitely means death panels.
non medical people will decide who gets what treatment, and
tht means that an elderly, or non productive person will not get
treatment so the young and productive person will get treatment,
and that means death panels. The elite rulers of the world know
that the more people theere are the harder it is to control them.
Population reduction has long been a goal of the power mad.
That is precisely why Margaret Sanger founded Planned Parenthood.

I know very little about the plan, and could look it up here and there, but hearing from people first-hand adds an extra dimension.

Your hesitation to get the hip replacement is not clear to me. My dad did this, and it worked out fine, for him. But then again, he has Kaiser coverage, which is very good.

Obamacare WILL dismantle the greatest healthcare system in the world. We will eventually have the same results of England and Canada. Long waits to see the Doctor assigned to you.

If you have employed PAID healthcare, that will probably end. Why??? Because it will cost your employer THOUSANDS of dollars LESS just to pay the fines.
  • Playerazzi zbacku 2012/07/04 07:22:00

England and Canada's health care system is better than the U.S.

To be clear, I mean the day-to-day coverage, not the special stuff. People are not hesitant to go to doctors there, so they go. It makes everyone healthier, and it's better for society.

So, if that's what Obamacare will do, then I'm all for it.

In case the letters are too small for you to read, here is what the lunatic Wayne LaPierre (NRA Executive V.P.) said about it:

I sincerely hope you get the help you need under the new healthcare plan, jcadia. The fact that LaPierre's statement made sense to you means that you must be a lunatic, too. Hey - here's another one for your collection of lunacies:
Barack Obama has shown us his birth certificate, which proves he is an American citizen, born in Hawaii; therefore, he must not be an American citizen.

He has not shown us his birth certificate. He has paid numerous lawyers
millions to keep his records secret. No expert in whether or not a document
is genuine or a fraud has said that the document he has shown is genuine.

My job requires a MANDATORY 58 hours a week. I'm a UNION represented skilled worker, not in the seasonal construction field.

So much for your 40 hour work week and weekends off because of the UNIONS.
Unless you are referring to the UNIONS in the public sector leaching off the TAX payers of America you have no idea what the real world is about. You sound just like the school teachers in Wisconsin.

This being said my limited free time go's to investigating TRUE facts. Go blow smoke somewhere else and try voicing your opinion without tainted, twisted, one sided links.

Bouncer, I'm sorry you have to work such long hours. Obviously, your union reps are doing a very poor job of representing your interests! You are in the minority of union workers (unless you aren't telling us the truth.) In any case, even non-union workers in this country can thank unions for ending child labor, improving work conditions, and having some paid holidays.

What is wrong with child labor? Children need to work to learn the value of
money. That is one of the reasons that so many people do not value having
to earn what they have. There were times and probably they exist now, that
children needed to work to help support the family.

Where in the Consuitition does it say the Government has the right to force Americans to buy Health Care?
Where in the Cnnstutition does it allow the Governemnet to be involved in healthcare?
  • M. Aronson Defend ... 2012/07/03 12:17:40
    M. Aronson
    To Defend:

    1. The Constitution doesn't micro-manage our government. It gives us simple guidelines to follow. (And also allows us to change it, if needed, by the way.)
    2. The Supreme Court has ruled that the new law is constitutional because it can be viewed as a tax, NOT a mandate. For all the clowns reading this, the "tax" that the non-insured will have to pay is very small. But the truth is that I, and my family and friends and YOU and EVERYONE ELSE who currently has any medical insurance, are already paying a "tax" in the form of $20. band-aids, $30. box of tissues, etc., which hospitals are forced to charge us TO MAKE UP FOR THE PEOPLE THEY TREAT WHO HAVE NO INSURANCE. THAT is the unfairest tax of all! By adding everyone into the health insurance pool, everyone's health insurance costs go down. It is the most elemental form of economics.
    3. Following your "logic," we could not have Social Security. Would you like to get rid of Social Security? Following your "logic" some more, why is the gov't allowed to spend money on medical research? Why is the gov't allowed to give grants for college? Why is the gov't allowed to set limits on the media (tv, radio, etc.)

The Constitution is the skeleton upon which we fit all our laws and ways of life.
    Any more questions?
