Sorry, not happening here. It's gonna be fun watching lib heads explode once it sinks in that the liberal messiah just got away with the biggest tax hike in history. Just in case anyone forgot, this is a Country that doesn't take kindly to taxes, we were founded on a tax revolt. Anyhoo, I guess lib heads exploding is nothing new, it's just going to get more intense. Someone pass the popcorn...

You confuse the ACA with the Patriot Act. The bill was kicked around for months before the Senate passed it in December 2009, and then several more months until it was passed in the House in March, 2010.

First of all, your video is a slickly edited lie. It didn't allow Speaker Pelosi to finish her sentence with 'away from the fog of controversy', which changes the entire meaning of what she said. It is the same as the difference between "I murdered" and "I murdered?"

Secondly, she was correct. In order for anyone, including the public, to know what is in a bill, it must first be passed, because amendments and/or changes can be made up until the final vote.

Thirdly, the public had a chance to review the bill from when it was passed by the Senate on December 24, 2009 until the House passed it on March 21, 2010. If any change had been made, it would have had to go back to the Senate for a second round of approval.

Lastly, of course it passed without a single Republican vote. The Republicans have been doing everything in their power to make the President look bad, regardless of what ramifications it might have for the country (cite: Debt ceiling machinations, July 2011)

You see, that is your problem. You "know" you're correct when you are not. The bill passed the Senate in December 2009 and was not changed when it passed the House in March 2010.

So, did the sun not rise between December 2009 and March 2010 or are you wrong when you said it was passed in the middle of the night?

Maybe Obama will be gone in November. Maybe not. I won't bet one way or the other.
