He has done the best he could with what he had to work with. It's stupid to think he did it on purpose or because he hates America or some of the other idiotic things I've heard people say. I don't think you understand that we are already paying for the uninsured. Who do you think absorbs the cost when they are unable to pay? Check it out for yourself.

Well your state gets money from the federal gov to pay for uninsured persons. If we didnt cover illegals that would save a bunch. I do believe healthcare does need to be reformed. Yes make it more affordable so more people can have it. Thats great. But dont FORCE people to have it. For those of us who dont qualify for free healthcare we must buy it and I've already looked into it. Its super expensive. According to the insurance agents I have spoken with the cost wont go down. So now I am forced to buy something I cant afford. Thats not right.

for 2013, by 2016 its $695 per person in your family not to exceed three persons. The max penalty will be $2085 per family. So you either come up with thousands for family coverage or you come up with thousands in penalties. If they dont get enough tax income and they see the cost of all these people is too much they will tax us to death. This is an unconsttutional burden on the American people.

Actually, in 2016 it is 2.5% of your AGI which for the median US household is $811.

In order to get to the max you would have to have an AGI of $83,400 - enough to afford either insurance OR the penalty.

Ms. Tlynne you are so right. I cant agree more. One problem this country has like with social security the money collected ends up going somewhere else. If they say collected a higher tax that everyone pays and then use that money for when someone needs hospitalization. Everyone keep what healthcare they have. IF you dont have healthcare then allow more doctors to do what I do. I pay 25 per month to a doctor. I get to go see him whenever I need. I get free bloodwork, heart monitoring, and office visits cost $10. I can even get over the phone help. Its really cool. I just dont want to be forced to buy insurance and it place a burden on my family. Time are tight. I got small kids in school and one in college.

LOL, my dad (a staunch democrat) did not like Bush. He had said once, that Bush was the most unliked president ever. He voted for Obama and I told him in 2008, Obama is going to be the most hated president ever. He disagreed, and asked me why I was saying such a thing. I told him......"Dad obviously you don't see what I see, Obama is a liar and very conniving, he can not be trusted." We conservatives have been right all along.... here we are in 2012, and my father can not believe all the things Obama is doing and boy does he regret voting for Obama. Nope, not playing the race card...just admitting reality. There are a certain percentage of Americans who would hate President Obama no matter what he did. There are an equal number who choose to believe anything bad they hear about him.

Granted, I am hispanic and I have experienced racism myself. Yes absolutely, I believe there are a few people who just don't like Obama because he has black in him. There is still a small percentage of white supremacists around. In all fairness though, people like you fail to point out the greater percentage of Black people who flat out despise white people and they have become very, very vocal. For example...The black panthers, The black caucus, Black liberation theology, all of this entities wreak racism. The racism card should stop, mainly because it exists in every culture. It is time to fess up and stop with the crying and start accepting the true reality that Obama has been useless. Anybody can do what he has done so far. We need a president who is going to be for all the people, not just for himself and his constituents. Obama lies too much, cheats too much, regulates too much, spends too much, brags too much, sings too much, plays golf too much, vacations too much, breaks the law too much, I hope I didn't bore you, but this is reality!

I understood and have felt the same emotion on discrimination. I grew up red-headed and freckled, so I know how cruel people can be! You live with it and go on, mad as heck.

Actually, he lies too much, yes. I haven't seen him cheat. He compromises too much. He doesn't regulate enough. He hasn't investigated the causes for the 2008 crash and no one has gone to jail. He hasn't investigated and prosecuted members of the Bush Administration for war crimes. He hasn't investigated and prosecuted members of the Bush Administration for their numerous civil rights violations and has continued with some of them.

He hasn't broken up companies who are 'too big to fail' and he hasn't re instituted policies like tariffs to put Americans back to work.

You need to read "The Amateur." His friends are ratting on him and yes they will confirm that he cheats, lies and even betrays close friends. You need to hear what Jeremiah Wright says about Obama. They offered to pay him, so that he wouldn't preach. Obama is corrupt, but you don't want to admit it. Why can't you be open-minded and examine the evidence. Obama is an actor and he is a very good one, because he has fooled so many people. It is ok when he and his minions break the law, but when someone else does it, it becomes a really big deal and they go to jail. If Obama had something on Bush he would of already put him in jail, but obviously he has nothing, nada, zero! Oh and your never gonna catch Obama cheating because he knows how to deny, deny, deny.

You are mistaken, it is left-wing news. Obama's friends are almost all left-wingers. The reality here is Obama is a divider, he was supposed to bring America together, but failed. People are starting to see the light. There are democrats in the house of Representatives that are against Obama and pretty soon there will be more. It is hard for a person with morals to be supporting Obama.

Our 30 year old daughter made the same mistake and voted for this prez in 2008. She, like many young people, are not being sucked in the second time. Bravo to our daughter and countless others who have realized their error.
