Especially since the little detail is emerging about taxes having to originate in the House. The House version of this bill was kicked to the curb and the Senate version went through. This may still go down.

I'm not sure if this has much to do with the question, but when BHO2's identity is revealed all legislation he signed will become the same as if any other fictional character signed it (maybe Batman - the number one fictional character) NULL and VOID!
