The Party of Deficits Don't Matter treated taxpayers like a giant ATM and now they are whining like they had nothing to do with the deficit. It was the Republican Congress that passed Medicare Part D with no idea whatsoever how to pay for. Didn't care either. No Child Left Behind, wildly expensive, left even more children behind. Who in his right mind would start two wars but refuse to raise revenue to pay for them??? Where did George think that money would come from? He said Iraq's oil wells would pay... wouldn't cost us anything.

So what do Republicans have to offer now. Same old crap. Republicans believe in trickle down economics. Give tax breaks to the rich. The rich provide the jobs to the poor, so increasing their wealth increases the number of jobs and amounts of money available to the poor from the rich…......haven't we heard that before? Hasn't it worked well for us? Republicans also de-regulated everything and gave the business world the ability to screw us . Regs were put in place to curb corporate greed. We’ve seen what happens when businesses have the freedom to do whatever they wish.

Everytime the GOP is in charge, they go back to re-arranging the deck chairs on the Titanic.

Yes, the Republicans wrecked America and lead us right over a cliff. It began with Reagan and Dubya finished the job. How they can expect us to follow them again, I don't know. But some will.
I just hope there are more smart, informed people who will see that Romney is NOT the answer. We must continue the slow and steady growth under Obama.
