Neither side is going to budge in regards to passing meaningful bills. The tug of war is a perfect ploy designed to place blame on each opposing party. To pass a bill exposes either party to more blame should the bill not benefit the American people.

When a bill does pass it usually is a bill that seems good to at least one party or the other and in the end the bill provides little of what it is supposed to in regards to being beneficial.

R's have already passed 30 pro job growth bills out of the House of Representatives during the past two years.

How many budgets have D's passed (which is required by law) over the past three years in the Senate? ZERO!!!!

There are "only" 22 bills mentioned below, but then again, that was November of last year. There are now over 30 bills. If you think any of this is a "political move" then why don't you choose one of them and explain it factually how that is the case?

I think it is wrong to equate the Republicans today with those of the racist past just as doing so with Democrats is wrong. Are there some Republicans who have racist feelings and hate Obama in part because he is black? Yes there are but it is wrong to generalize all Republicans in this way. In the same manor I feel it is counter productive for Republicans to generalize all Democrats as Communist.

While saying that Democrats are socialist is a fair argument I do not see how being socialist equates to always being a Communist. All one has to do is look at our neighbor to the north to see that socialism does not mean Communism. They have plenty of freedom and no dictator. While Europe is seen as failing due to socialism what does that say about our failing economy and our form of government? In the end there is no system of government or no political ideology that will fix this worlds mess and the bigger troubles that are headed our way. We have to be vigilant and stand up to the crooks who are trying to ruin us. That means both democrats and republicans.

It's a given that bigots hate Barack Obama, but all conservatives are not racist. Many of the same folks that disagree with Obama on issues most likely disagreed with Bill Clinton, Jimmy Carter, LBJ and JFK, too.

If Obama wins the election not much will change in the next four years. In fact, it could be worst, because most likely Republican's will increase seats in the House and Senate and, Obama will still have to bend over and get royally compromised by them.
