In my country Illegals not only sent back, but everything they earned while in country illegaly - is confiscated.

Right now , if they all got sent back, all the native born Americans most likely could find a job. We pay for their housing, food, child care, education, utilities, and health care. As I see it, because of them, (and a war thats been going on for thousands of years ) in a distanant land, I will never see a dime of all the money I have paided into social security all these years. Right now, I sometimes have to chose between paying bills or buying food. So how do you think I feel ? People wonder WHY this country has gone mad. So, my answer , not yeah, but HELL YEAH, send them back. They need to over through their government, get rid of the drug lords, and take back their country. But why should they, we give them all they need. It was done at least twice before by two different party presidents. To make room for returning soldiers after war, the president stepped up deportation. All I can say is that you have to have consequences to every choice. I understand that their children didn't do anything wrong, but this is just one more consequence they should have considered. It isn't fair, but life isn't fair. But it can be painful if you try to cheat, steal or lie. Maybe if enough "painful" consequences are doled out, people will change their choices to avoid them. It works, if we can stomach the pressure and outcry. Gotta toughen up and put on your Big Girl Panties if we really want to save the republic, folks. There's no way to sugar coat it.

Illegal=criminal act. criminals need to be sent home and apply to come legally to the u.s. like so many other LEGAL immigrants. why is that so difficult to understand? I don't want a bunch of people living here whose first act on American soil is to cross the borders illegally. and then expect (and recieve) free housing, healthcare, schooling, food, etc. stuff American citizens can't even get sometimes!

Have worked for a hell of a lot less than that to put myself thru school and unlike the younger "OWS" (Occupy Wall Street) crowd, I didn't expect someone else to pay for it.

The indians didn't own this land, they just lived here. they did not have a modern infrastructure in place. the settlers had just as much right to the land as the indians. they recognized thatthe indians were here first and worked out purchase agreements and treaties with different tribes. Anyone who was born legally on u.s. Soil is native american. the colonists didn't come here and expect the indians to feed cloth, house, educate and take care of them like the immigrants today are doing. come to the us legally, get a job, get an education, integrate into society and Bradford citizen and you will be welcomed.

enter without citizenship!!! To reward them with citizenship and DREAM ACT is a
slap in the face to those that have entered legally!!! In New York State we have a
high rate of single mothers foreign born who are with child!!! The birth is paid for
by the NYS Citizen taxpayer and now they continue to receive entitlements! What's

Illegals should absolutely be deported and they should go through the proper legal channels to become a legal United States Citizen. Allowing people to sneak over here is absurd and illegal. Also they should be required to speak English as well. America is an English speaking country.
