I wish the Party of Some Good Ideas would come back and help Govern the Country instead of the likes of Palins, Beck, Limbaugh, Trump who all act like idiots they Currently have in the House and Senate who are willing to let the Country slide off of an Economic Cliff to Protect the Rich. I want to throw in the Current Batch of Weak Democrats. The Republican Party was a Party of some commonsense ideas for Governing the Country. Now it is HATE AND SLASH AND BURN the Country Down to get Barack Obama out of Office.

Lets not forget the Special Interests Groups doing even more Damage to the Country, the NRA Comes to mind and Grover's Pledge.

All of those groups PUT TOGETHER are still not as DAMAGING TO THIS COUNTRY as the Curretnt Republican House, and Senate and the the previous 2 Groups mentioned. Don't have to agree with me. As a matter of fact I don't expect you to. How many of them are putting up BILLIONS to buy Democracy? and SUPPRESS THE VOTE in Republican Dominated State Houses and Governors and will not Implement Health Care for their Poor.

Not trying to start a whole new convervations it would take too long and too much of my time. You are not open to it anyway.

No more comments from me, you have already decided that it is one-sided anyway. So we can agree to disagree.

There still isn't HC for the poor though, now is there. This wasn't a free HC bill. First mistake ppl are making. Not to mention you start paying next year and are covered in 2016. Your very naive to think that the Democrats are "for the people" it's just like Pro wrestling, when the camera is off, they are friends all working for the same means. I'll give you one example, Bush, a Republican, signed the Homeland security bill, Democrats, like you I am sure were outraged. However when the bill had to be renewed, not only did Obama sign it, he strengthed it. Where was you outrage then?? Thats just one example there are 100's more. While you play the blame game, they all (gov't) are interested in making you a puppet. obama the same as Bush
  • Serious... Debowman 2012/07/21 23:36:25
    Seriously Folks
No body said it was free Health Care. Both Parties could stand to spun off some of their people.

Let me ask you this, who do you think will do a better job for the middleclass? All I see is Republicans FIGHTING TOOTH AND NAIL TO PROTECT THE RICH, you know your "Job Creators.

You don't have to agree with anything I said. You are a bit lacking in the FACTS DEPARTMENT. So before you dispute someone do some more research yourself.

I doubt that, What you should have said is "I only want to see how the Republicansfighting tooth and nail to protect the rich" You won't pay attention to how the Democrats are protecting the rich, and passing bills that HURT THE MIDDLE CLASS. I can not agree with ANYTHING you said because you argue down party line, lacking the objectivity to really understand just how the Democrats are protecting the rich in actions, while Stupid people look at their words, yet fail to compare the two. If you want a little edcuation on Obama and the current adminastration are protecting the RICH, I'll gladly take you to school, and show you just how wrong you are. you are totaly lacking in the facts department.

Key Democratic strategists in a November 27 New York Times article laid out a 2012 election strategy that explicitly abandons middle-class voters. In a very frank admission, Democrat strategist Rury Teixeira, from the left-leaning Center for American Progress, states that "the Republican party has become the party of the white working class[.]" He and other Democratic strategists, including James Carville, are instead advocating a 2012 election strategy based upon creating a coalition of educated professionals and lower-income minority voters.

lol You mean the facts don't support your position. I'll quote you ok

Let me ask you this, who do you think will do a better job for the middleclass
You want to claim the Democrats, however your position isn't supported by the current administration "explicitly abandons middle-class" You trying to say something that even the Democrats in power contradict. Which means you simply don't have the facts, you don't have a clue what your talking about, you only want to play the blame game.

yet another LWNJ OWNED by facts Tick Tock Tock

You aren't aware that the Senate is NOT controlled by Republicans? I understand why you're disappointed in them, but it's your group that's running it.

BTW, Grover isn't a "group" either.
  • Serious... relic 2012/07/22 03:13:02
    Seriously Folks
Relic once again, you seem to be totally off base. The Democrats are the Majority in the Senate, maybe you don't know about the insane 60-vote rule to pass anything and Republican using the Filibuster as a Sledge Hammer, and any Senator can hold up legislation and keep it from coming to a any kind of Vote or getting out of Committee. Republicans have used it a Record 97 times to hold up any Legislation.

I know Grover is not a Group, he only has ALL OF THE REPUBLICAN PARTY SIGNED UP TO A PLEDGE and he is UNELECTED. I would say he is more powerful than a group.

No more comments from me I am tired of talking to people who just want to argue with no merits or reasoning.

no you jumped off topic, was beaten with the facts, can not refute them, so you changed topic's, I brought it back to the topic, and you never once commented on that, even though you said no merits, I gave you merits, links quotes. You lost. Face it, the facts simply do not support what you said. Be a man, admit it. If I am wrong, or you actually post facts that are true, I would agree with you. If you look though my postings, you see I even defend Michelle Obama on the false claim she was disbarred, she wasn't. It's the difference between loving an idea, and knowing when you are wrong. Maybe when you grow up you'll understand that.
